Nice hotel

This was our first time here. They had been doing renovations so I don't know what it was like before. Our room was very clean and decorated very nicely. Front desk people were okay. We had no hot water both days we were there. The breakfast area was awkward. There was a small area you ordered from. What was available was posted right where you ordered so that was weird. They wanted you to stand 6 feet apart. In some cases with the number of people that were there, they would have been standing outside to order breakfast. Food was okay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Spontaneous night out

Loved the hotel! Hilton never lets us down. The bed was a little more firm than I’m used to but I slept great. Love the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours. We stayed on the first floor and everything was super quiet. Will stay again!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly staff and nice hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is our second time at this location and we love it because it is so close to shops and restaurants! Easy to walk to dinner if you don’t want to drive and it’s close to Colonial Williamsburg and the golf courses we played at! We will stay here again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Family overnight stop

Our family of five spent one night on our way down to Kill Devil Hills. Our visit was in June. I understand every person has their opinion regarding their personal safety regarding this COVID-19, When we checked in, only a handful of employees were wearing masks. Even more of the guests were wearing masks. They had one sanitizer bottle at the front desk. There were no social distancing signs, no "6 feet apart" signs. Our room has a "this rrom was sanitized" type of notification on the door when we walked into room but the 2nd room had no notification. Both pools and fitness center was open. Like I said, I know everyone has their personal thoughts about their safety. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Remodel failed

The electrical outlets did not work. Internet is awful. Lighting in room is close to nonexistent. Decor does not match or look attractive. The lighting in the bathroom was great. The remodel has created problems that previously did not exist. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
