RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY. Let me start by saying I am a frequent traveler (100K miles per year). While the staff did everything right, the hotel itself has a major issue - the noise dampening between floors is non existent!! We stayed on the second floor and the noise above us was absolutely unbearable!! It went on until 2AM despite 4 calls to the front desk. Being from Miami, we understand partying as well as anyone, but this was off-the-charts, and the staff was unable to get it under control. We attempted to change rooms, but the room they offered was literally next door to the folks making all the noise upstairs. The issue is the overall building construction. The slightest noise above you comes through loud-and-clear. Unless you are on the 5th floor, you better make sure you have a group of nuns occupying the room above you. Keep away from this property. Beware of bogus sneaky charges

Expensive and No Breakfast the staff is never at the desk not helpful don't ask most don't speak english the place is not very nice for a Hilton.Im a nonsmoking senior after i left they hit my card $125 smoking charge??!! They were not happy at the price i got from 3rd party and they told me so they got back at by charging me a smoking fee DONT STAY HERE LEARN FROM ME! VERY NASTY IMMATURE MGT WATCH YOUR CARD!! Not great!!

During our stay in August 2020 we scheduled appt. for room to be cleaned and they just simply did not do it. The first room given to us smelled like mildew on the first floor and they moved us to 3rd floor. This place is dated and a overall disappointment. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Green pool disappointment

Stayed here for one night as part of a quick trip to Wilmington/Wrightsville beach. Called prior to booking to ask about the pool hours - they confirmed it was open regular hours as stated on the website. I arrive and the pool is green and closed temporarily. Having previously had a pool, I know when your pool is green you have to wait for the proper chemical balance and it doesn’t just fix itself in an hour. As such, we were super disappointed to have burned our Hilton points on this stay. Needless to say, we checked out the next day and completed our trip elsewhere. As for the room, it was fine, cleaner than some Hilton garden inns, but not the best. My daughters’ commented on how much rust was in the shower and light fixtures in their room. Location is fairly close to the beach, as well as shopping and dining. They didn’t have the typical cooked to order style Hilton garden inn breakfast but instead offered a complimentary for all (not just Hilton gold members and above) continental breakfast. However, not knowing this, by the time we stopped by, almost all was gone/already taken-not to be replenished. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (and practiced social distancing). We checked in online and only had to walk in and stop by the front desk for a couple of waters. The hotel is close to several shopping areas. In the morning we had a made to order breakfast (in takeout containers due to COVID-19). The meal was tasty. The chef (Chris) came by the table to speak briefly. The morning front desk staff were eager to assist us with taking our food order and checking out. Melanie and her assistant Blake spent time talking to us. Blake made all the guests feel welcome! All in all - a great stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
