This is a timeshare resort that feels the need to charge a 25 dollar a day fee for its amenities. The only problem with that is when more than half of the resort is not open and the amenities are not avaliable they still charge the resort fees. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Do NOT stay here anytime soon!

Jun 27th, 2020

I booked this hotel for the weekend for a quick “staycation” in order to enjoy the pool etc with my kiddos since we’ve been cooped up with the quarantine. I called before I booked SPECIFICALLY to ask if the pool facilities would be open, and was assured they were. The hours on the website state the pool is open until 10pm. When we arrived at 6:45pm, we were told the pool was closed. Also to note, the marketplace (for food) and the poolside bar are also CLOSED, so you will NOT have access to ANY food or drink while you are staying at this property. The 2nd day here, we went down to the pool area which opens at 11 (not 9am like they state on their website). Be warned that more than 1/2 the pool area is CLOSED, and they also just told us that they are closing the remainder of the pool area at 4pm. Since 1/2 the pool area is closed, there is NO social distancing if you want to be in the pool. They are packing everyone together in a single pool instead of opening both pools to allow more social distancing. I was given NO warning of this when I booked LAST WEEK, and no mention of this when I called specifically to ask if the pool was open. In addition, the man at the front desk checking me in was extremely rude about it, and told me they can basically do whatever they want because of coronavirus, and that I should expect it to be this way. They will still charge you the same resort fees, regardless of whether you can actually enjoy any of the amenities. So if you want to book a hotel where you have no access to food, drink, or pool amenities, then stay here. Otherwise I highly suggest you stay elsewhere. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

"Beautiful Hilton!"

Mar 24th, 2020

We had a timeshare here with 2 attached rooms. They were large rooms with huge tubs and king beds. The kitchen and living room separated the 2 rooms and there's also a pull out sofa. Full size kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Decor of rooms as well as lobby is beautiful! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I am sorry to give a three because the facility itself is lovely and the room was really nice and comfortable. However, if you are in Vegas for the experience of the city, this is NOT the place for you. If you want to be out of the "scene" and go to bed at 9pm, you will be super happy. Immediately upon arrival, I was put off because they wouldn't allow our Uber to drop us at the front door. We had large suitcases as we were gone for nine days and we had to drag these across the parking lot. Most hotels will allow Uber to drop people at the front door. Then, it is a vacation club property so be prepared for lots of people casting hooks to try and get you to preview what they are selling. And there are always people in the lobby planning for these showings. The main thing that I really didn't like was that on our first night, we were meeting my husband's son who is about to be deployed to Iraq. We were so happy to see him so when he came to our room we were all chatting and laughing. There were only four of us and this was not a party as we had all just checked in. It was 9:17pm and our neighbors called security on us. The first issue is we really weren't being loud, we were being like any of us would be at home and just talking. Next why there are unposted or uncommunicated quiet hours at this early hour is a mystery! If it were 1am, i could understand but it wasn't even 10pm. So security showed up at our door to tell us to be quiet. That did not set a great tone for our stay. And then this hotel is a long way from the main part of the strip. So you will have to ride the bus or uber/taxi if you want to do anything. It was very much a hassle to get any where, nothing close really to walk to. I am a diamond Hilton member and so can't complain too much as I stayed with points but can say I would never stay here again on a Vegas vacation! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First time being in a Vegas Hotel with No Casino

Mar 18th, 2020

My stay here was to do a timeshare presentation. I am already a current timeshare holder, so I decided to do the tour to see how different it would be from my current timeshare in VA. I didn't a big whoo-ha, the rooms are like any regular hotel I would stay in. However, I do like the fact that you can combine two rooms or three rooms to accomodate what you need. The maintain fees are double than what I am paying now and all in all it's nice if you want to vacation in Vegas all the time. Fast Pace and the hotel does not have any casinos in it which was fine by me. After a certain hour you must have your hotel key, they are not letting anybody come in so late in which I do like for safety. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
