Need to work on cleanliness
Sep 14th, 2020
The resort overall was pretty nice. I was not as satisfied as I thought I would be, mainly due to the cleanliness of my unit. The most unacceptable part was that there was a dead insect inside the coffeemaker. They did bring me a brand new coffeemaker per my request, since I could still see tapes around the coffeemaker, and also the dust around it probably from the storage. There was also another dead insect on the window sill (housekeeping removed it after he delivered the coffeemaker). On top of that, the dining table was oily, as if it was not cleaned from the last reservation. The resort used a text message feature to request housekeeping, which was not efficient at all (I don't know if it was due to COVID, or shortage of staff, or any other reason). I eventually made a phone call to request housekeeping services, since the text message feature was very unreliable. After I called to report the dead insects issue, it still took awhile for housekeeping to come and replace the coffeemaker.. The dining table was never cleaned, but since it took so long to get housekeeping's attention, I didn't even bother with it anymore. There was also some misleading information about the cleaning fee between RCI and the resort website, but the manager waived the cleaning fee after I explained the misleading part to him, in which he was being understanding. Overall, it's a relatively nice resort, but I am not sure if I'd go back again after the cleanliness experience, especially during the pandemic situation.... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Solid four stars accommodation
Sep 10th, 2020
A very clean and home from home one bedroom suite to stay for a brief. This hotel is only one star from being a five stars due to the followings: 1. amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion -very small 2. lack of tooth brush and shaving needs 3. water bottle was given for two when we checked in for four according to our reservation. 4. Wifi is not as stable. Can't VPN in for a long period of time. Keeps dropping. 5. Need an updated cofee machine 6. No pet allowed. Besides the above, the room itself is very cozy and clean. I like the fact that housekeeper kept the all the dishes and cups being washed on so we can use them without washing them ourselves. Blankets and extra sheets are available for the pulled out bed. Location is nice and entrance is grand. I like the idea of having the market within the hotel so we can buy snacks. Staff checking in was very polite and kind during this pandemic. Only if they can change their policy to allow pet ( non shedding one and under 25 pounds), we will make this hotel a place to go in Vegas. We pass by Vegas three times a month for work purpose, and I have a non shed dog which I had to board. She does not shed at all. I am comparing this hotel to Trump and other five stars around , one star off due to " no pet allowed", only service dog. If you don't have pet, this is a very nice place to book. I will book again if I can have someone else watch my dog. Very nice over all, a very solid four stars. It has washer and dryer in your room. Thank you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Clean, comfortable resort
Jul 27th, 2020
We stayed here for a week using the timeshare exchange (RCI); the room suites are very nice, comfortable, and clean. It is further from the main part of the strip so you don't have as much of the foot traffic at night, but that means a bit of a walk for you unless you take the shuttle (the walk isn't far, but in the desert heat, it feels longer). We were very pleased with the resort (family of four) but the $25 per day resort charge was puzzling (reason for four star review) as we stayed during the pandemic so all amenities were closed except for the pool. We did a lot of exploring (Mojave Desert, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon West, and Zion National Park) so we were only at the resort for a short period of time each day. Very pleasant stay. The staff were all very polite. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hilton Grand Vacations isn't so "grand." Customer service was unaccommodating. Resort charged a "resort" fee but bar and restaurant closed and no concierge. They refused to allow personal beverages in the pool areas despite having a pool bar (closed). I requested a refund of the resort fee since all other casino resorts in Vegas were doing it, but customer service said they were an HOA property and decided they would charge me anyway. Front desk unresponsive: needed toilet paper and called twice in a 30 minute span before someone delivered. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
FIRST TIME IN VEGAS
Jul 20th, 2020
I was impressed by the facilities here and the rooms were clean. It was great to have the Market Place in the building and to be able to go down and get a cold drink and some hot food. Found the heat in Vegas a little hard to deal with and to get into where the action is, we had to walk or wait for the bus service which wasn't too bad! The only down thing was the Hilton Honors program which we joined before leaving home. A deposit was paid before we arrived and the balance was paid at the end of the stay. The person who paid the deposit got all the points added to their Hilton Honors. I spent a month trying to get this sorted and they wouldn't come to the party. Very disappointed with program. Would not recommend joining this program. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
