I just spent 10 days at the Hilton Bomonti as my stepdaughter has a nose job in Istanbul. I can not fault this hotel and it’s wonderful staff. My stepdaughter spent a lot of time recovering in the room and so I was seen about the hotel alone. I spent a lot of time on the balcony of the grand lobby bar. The waiters are exceptional and they looked after me as they knew I was alone the majority of the time. I’d like to mention Cihan, Serkan and Ikaye. They made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. They are a huge credit to the Hilton group and should be commended for their outstanding work and wonderful natures. All in all this hotel couldn’t do enough for us. They even extended our checkout time free of charge as my stepdaughter had an appointment with her surgeon and we were unsure how long it would take. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return for a holiday soon TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Time in Istanbul

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a "Couples' Getaway" and it was great. Good location, clean, and polite and professional personnel, in particular Zekiriya, who maintained our room clean and tidy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Whirlwind Of A Painful Adventure
Sep 11th, 2020
I stayed here on 3 separate occasions within an one month period for a total of about 20 days. The stays themselves were uneventful, but I ended up going back and forth with the hotel for weeks on end because of billing issues. At the end of my second stay, the front-desk person double charged my credit card. I called the Diamond desk the day of and they created a ticket. They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing. A week later and I haven't gotten an update from the hotel or even an acknowledgment that they received an inquiry. I happen to be back at the hotel for another stay so I talked to the front desk agent that checked me in about it. Instead of issuing a refund on the erroneous charge, he insisted that they use the credit from the erroneous charge from the previous stay and apply it towards my current stay. I told him I'd prefer a refund to my card and he said they couldn't do it. The erroneous charge was more than the total for my upcoming stay, so they said they would issue me a cash refund at checkout. This sounded extremely dubious, like you were engaging in some kind of a drug deal. Checkout day comes around and I check out via the Hilton app since I had a busy day. I inquired through the app chat functionality about my refund and they assured me that it would be processed. Three days later and I still hadn't received a refund, much less a message from the hotel. I sent them another message as a follow-up and they claim it would be another day before they could process the refund. This goes on back and forth for two weeks. Each time, I would have to send multiple messages to the guy on the other end (his name is Recep I think) and each time it would take multiple messages before I get a reply. The whole process took a month and felt like pulling teeth. To top it all off, since the hotel used a credit to zero out the invoice for the 3rd stay, I didn't get points or nights credit for it. It took another 90 minute phone call to the Diamond line to get this fixed. If you're the kind of person that likes being on hold while contacting an Indian call center and dealing with discombobulated customer service on a never ending basis, then this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend you to run away and steer clear of this place. I've done 500+ nights in hotels in the past three years and have never run into anything remotely close to this. Lovely hotel, some things overpriced.

Lovely hotel, the decor is amazing, the room was quite standard but the bathroom was incredible and made the room! Breakfast is done quite differently due to Covid, meaning staff served you the buffet breakfast which was delicious, however we did find it hard to get their attention to get any drinks like water or tea and coffee. The pool area is lovely, but you do have to book a slot, which we were not told about at check in. We were quite surprised at the price of water around the pool. We had just come from Cappadocia where small hotels were giving away bottles water for free to guests, so to come to a large brand hotel we were chocked to have to pay over £2 per small bottle.
