Never Again

Jan 25th, 2020

The management was not helpful at all. They changed our hotel fee reservation, because one of the Hilton reservation people market us as a student which we are not. Instead of giving us a Hilton Honors rate they gave us a increase rate of $90+ per night. The management was rude and unprofessional when trying to resolve this problem. We came across on person that changed our reservation to a Hilton Honors rate. We up graded for the breakfast. The breakfast was served in the lounge, not enough food, no seating. Family of 5 sat on the ground in entrance as management walked by and said nothing. We do not recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Hotel near the Square

Jan 24th, 2020

We stayed here during a visit to UT and it was a great choice. Nice hotel, nice staff, and excellent location. We were about to walk to the square for dinner and drinks, plus stop along the way at some shops. Would definitely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Comforting stay during a troubling time

Jan 23rd, 2020

I was in town visiting a dying relative and because of some special needs, we notified the hotel staff. Not only was the hotel very supportive of our needs, their compassion and gracious treatment of us during our stay will always be a comfort that we will remember. As for the hotel, we were on the executive floor and the daily breakfast and appetizers in the concierge were a nice addition to our stay. The beds were comfortable and the floor was quiet even though there was a big event in the hotel. The restaurant is high quality and I highly recommend the burger with the bacon jam, messy and sticky, but delicious. Nearby is a little town center loaded with restaurants and shopping that is in easy walking distance. I highly recommend the French Market Café, which we stopped in three times in our week stay. The only difficult thing is parking, which is that way in any downtown hotel. As this goes, they are better than most. I will not ding the hotel's score for that, since they make the best of an awkward situation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel for a great city

Jan 21st, 2020

I'm in Knoxville on business often. I have stayed at a few hotels and prefer to stay downtown. This was my first experience with Hilton Knoxville and I was very pleased. Room was perfect, bar was great and the staff was exceptional. Definitely looking to book here next time I'm in town. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Comfy Beds!

Jan 21st, 2020

Loved the location of this Hilton. Close to the conference center that we could walk over. The staff had exceptional service and even texted me after checking in to make sure that I was having a lovely stay. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, especially with the fact that we had almost over 600 people attending conference. Appreciated it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
