nice but somewhat isolated

Feb 28th, 2021

we stayed here for 2 nights. hotel was busy with women's convention over weekend. we were somewhat nervous being that still during covid. however, hotel did their best and handled it well with safety protocols. enjoyed our clean room with coast/pool view. it was quiet and relaxing. parking was available and easy for $33. staff was friendly and checkin/out was easy. however, hotel was somewhat isolated if you're not a golfer. its not a walkable hotel to restaurants or local attractions. however, it was close with car. overall, I would stay here again due to reasonable pricing and relaxation. One night for Business

Feb 25th, 2021

The hotel is tired and dated. Staff was great but with covid it is hardly a resort. I stayed here 8 years ago and honestly it's the same. The location is great the views of the golf course fabulous. The rooms are clean but dated. Would I stay here for a non business stay probably not TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great work by Ricky and Henry!

Jan 18th, 2021

I cannot say enough as to how polite and accomondating these two indviduals were. They deserve an excellent review. Anything needed was taken care of, especially by Ricky.. The politeness was outstanding. Due to my business trip, I had the fortunate experience of meeting these indviduals. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Basic and outdated but close to golf course

Dec 11th, 2020

You can walk to the golf course, and if you get tired when you get to hole 9, walk back. Other than that, nothing is unique about this hotel. It will suffice as a hotel and place to spend the night. The location makes it beautiful, and convenient yet the service, is the one of your average hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Human garbage working as reception

Dec 10th, 2020

I had the single worst check-in experience of my life at this deteriorating understaffed hotel. The woman who checked me in refused to acknowledge my presence for the first 10 seconds I was standing in front of her (a long time for humans). She then started tirading about her coworkers being lazy and running away to hide while she does all the work. She rolled her eyes the entire time, ignored my questions, and made rude faces every time I asked a question. Mind you, I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and was checking into one of their best rooms. From looking like she rolled out of the dumpster to giving me a dumpster fire experience checking in, I wrote off this hotel. It is chronically understaffed so it is unlikely you will ever bump into a friendly, helpful employee. The grounds are empty and dead. Don't pay good money to be treated like garbage by human garbage. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
