Really at 3 a.m. a leaky faucet!!!!!

As Diamond members checking in at 3 a.m. because of a late flight, it would have been nice to be welcomed as such. Faucet leaked in room causing me to be unable to sleep and at 4 a.m. decided to put a towel in sink to not hear water. Upon check out lady at front desk didn't even apologize for faucet or ask if there was something they could do to make things better. Really, no thanks for the service and LEAKY FAUCET!!! Good for park sleep and fly

This is a good location for park, sleep and fly. Parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, connected to the lobby. Airport shuttle was every 15-20 minutes. Room was as I would expect at a Hilton location - big, clean with all the amenities. Only complaint is their breakfast options- either it’s super expensive with big potion size (like 4-egg omelette) or it’s cafe type breakfast (which was affordable but not tasty). Bathroom sink wouldnt drain, bathtub barely drained and I had to take quick showers so I wouldnt be standing in dirty water. Front desk told me at check in that parking was a different rate than what my bill stated. Parking in parking garage was very minimal. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Customer Service Disaster

The Good - the rooms were large and comfortable on the 16th and 17th floor. It’s very close to the airport. The Bad - the Executive Lounge is woefully understaffed and far too small for the number of guests. A person sits at the desk by the lounge but does absolutely nothing. The tables need to be cleaned but the person in the room is taking care of the bar and food. There is no way they can do well in that situation. The Ugly - the front desk does not understand Hilton Honors or online checkin. What a disaster. I talked to the manager and asked for one thing - that my group checking in after me didn’t have as bad as an experience as I did. The front desk botched it up. The horrible - the arrogant valet service in front. The chaotic drop off area. And the unbelievably horrible self parking. This place is probably great for frequent travelers at the airport. Travel light, take a shuttle. But for the casual traveler on vacation - it doesn’t work. At all. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I got into town late from a trip so decided to stay here. The hotel itself wa# nice and in a good location. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was given a top floor room, not sure how I felt about that after the earthquakes we’ve been having, but it was lovely. I walked in to someone else’s dirty tissue on the floor. Probably housekeeping’s, but it was kinda gross, the rest of the room was spotless! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
