Amazing hotel and staff. Thank you! 10/10

We stayed at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice during the COVID pandemic and can honestly say that they made this stay the most comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience we had on our travels. From check in through until check out, the staff were polite and helpful with all of our needs. Luca in particular was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on Venice and the things we could do and things we could see. He also gave us a lot of information about the building’s history - which we loved to find out about. Our room and bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and super clean - there wasn’t one thing out of place. And although due to Covid precautions the breakfast buffet is not as it was used to be, it went above our expectations as the staff were polite and happy to help us when we kept asking for the things we would usually be able to go and get ourselves. Overall, we would rate our stay at the Hilton Venice 10/10 for the overall experience. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here for a couple of nights. We were in Venice to celebrate my partner's birthday and were upgraded to a Tower Suite which was a huge treat. We had lots of space, and terrific views. Being first-time visitors to Venice, we were unsure what to expect and were initially a bit hesitant about staying in Giudecca - but we felt we'd made a good choice. We rather enjoyed staying here, being able to get away from the hustle-bustle of the busy touristy parts of Venice. The hotel has a shuttle boat to San Marco, but it was only an hourly service so we ended up mostly using the Venice vaporetto, which was quite convenient (the nearest stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.) The hotel itself was lacking a little in atmosphere, because it was pretty quiet - there seemed to be fewer tourists around, because of COVID-19. There are several good restaurants just along the water from the hotel so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff we encountered were all friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommed this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We have just returned from a visit to Venice staying at this beautiful hotel. Everything about this hotel was stunning the location is ideal with the water taxi stop just outside . The hotel has an amazing roof top bar and pool . All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and thanks to Hilton’s stay safe program we felt very safe. We were celebrating our anniversary and loved that the staff went to the trouble to congratulate us and we received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and Venetian biscuits in our room. It was so thoughtful. Thank you Stucky Molino I can’t wait for a return visit . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great stay & Giudecca is great

Stayed here with my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Four nights in the hotel in September. Have been to Venice a few times before and wanted to stay somewhere with a pool. Hotel beat our expectations. Upgraded room on arrival and a bottle of Prosecco given to us to celebrate our anniversary. Room was very good and we both enjoyed the swimming pool which we had booked before our stay. Resting in the sunshine, a swim and a drink was great after being out and before going out for dinner in the evening. We ate at several of the restaurants on Giudecca and had great food at all of them. Can’t wait to plan our next trip back and will stay again at the Hilton. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Difficult to fault

I was nervous about booking a hotel room on Giudecca during COVID, in case it meant being isolated away from the action of Venice in the evenings. Whilst the current hourly frequency of the hotel shuttle to Venice proper is not great, there is a public water bus stop just a few minutes' walk away and anyone staying at the Hilton would be well-advised to familiarise themselves with how the lines and fare structures work (pretty simple if you buy a daily pass). As for the hotel, I don't quite get the several other reviews which comment that the Hilton could be anywhere in the world, once you're through the front door. The industrial heritage of the building has in reality been carried over into the interior quite effectively, and the staff could not be more helpful also. Refurbished rooms are probably to be preferred, despite not being blessed with much in the way of storage space. Overall a most enjoyable stay, and a venue to which I would return.
