Disappointed

Jul 7th, 2020

I booked this hotel because of the building's architecture and the rooftop pool. Although the pool was advertised as open but with limited hours, it was closed. We were offered free breakfasts when we complained but it wasn't made clear it was only for the buffet and I was charged for eating off the a la carte menu. The room was nice but frankly, if you are paying serious money, there are better places to stay in Venice. The exterior is far more interesting than the interior. While the renovation retained the original wooden pillars, there is a lot of soulless marble. The view from the Skyline Terrace is stunning but you don't have to stay in the hotel to access it. Nice hotel, Great service

Jun 30th, 2020

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Molino. Though this hotel was a little far from the main attractions it makes up for it in service. The Hotel gives you a schedule and times when the water taxi will be arriving and where it will be making its stops. The hotel room was very clean the only thing was my room didn’t have much of a view but we weren’t in the room that much so it wasn’t too bad. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Beauty of Venice

Mar 18th, 2020

The pleasure of visiting Venice was enhanced by our stay in the Molino Stucky. We arrived in darkness but could see the welcoming ediface of the hotel from miles away. A room with a view across to Venice was awesome providing a picture book start too each day. The staff and standard in the hotel were exceptionally high and access to Venice was easy and a joy to travel each day. This must surely be the finest hotel in Venice with the best view, great facilities and a friendly welcome, keep up the excellent work. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

we spent just one night there. although our room was located in a wing under renovation, it was just great with stunning views on the Giudecca Canal. well sized and well furnished, with marble bathroom. excellent service by every member of the staff. breakfast, although served in a great salon, had a limited selection of food and drink. Amazing Service - Historic hotel

Mar 3rd, 2020

Gorgeous hotel in what used to be a historic flour mill -- the architecture is outstanding. Do note it is on the island of Giudecca, so you'll have to take the Hotel water taxi-shuttle to the main island to sight see at St. Marks, etc. We appreciated the location, as it was away from the crowds. Incredible staff and service, particularly the very helpful travel concierge that helped us navigate how to get around Venice --- don't worry about trying to google ferry times. Avoid the headache and just ask the concierge - they will coordinate it all! They fully coordinated how to get to and from our (what seemed far-off) Carnival Gala on the island of Murano. Good restaurant in the lobby with decent wine list and cocktails - really loved the Carbonara. Spa was simple, but staff was very lovely. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
