When planning my trip i looked really hard to determine the best place to stay for my family and I. I would suggest avoiding this hotel. 1. Dirty bathrooms, 3 rooms we had all smelled of urine in bathrooms 2. Breakfast is a free for all on certain days. literally running out of food, as people stuff bags with food. Management could care less! 3. I told the manager at breakfast can I have some eggs, he said sure. I said scrambled he pointed me to the buffet where they had some fake scrambled eggs, he says there. I said no real eggs, he said OK. Comes back after 20 minutes with a bowl of the fake eggs. 3. Raw food from, yup served raw chicken to my 3 year old kid. 4. list goes on...called for towels took 2 hours first day, second day they didn't even show up. so im typing this review for all those families looking to plan a trip to Paris to a void this Hilton! This is not a single bad review mixed in 2000K, this is 100% the truth stay away TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel

I was there June 2018 while visiting Paris. The hotel is nice and there is a shopping mall around it. It is very quiet and staff were very attentive as well. The hotel is not close to the landmarks one must take the metro to visit like champs elysees, Eiffel Tour, Sacred heart etc TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location

The room was a bit dated. However, the location was perfect. Across from a shopping center with 250 shops. Also metro and RER lines right under hotel. Very easy access. 10 minute metro ride into city center. La Defense is a very safe area with no need to worry much about "pick-pockets". TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible location, would never recommend it

Jul 9th, 2019

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January and we absolutely hated it. The location and convenience get a 0 from us but everything else about it was fine. It was very business-centric so if you're looking for a boutique or something romantic this isn't the place for you. The room was clean and just OK, I'd say a 3.5 star hotel. A huge caveat is that Ubers CANNOT drive up to the hotel. Not even from the airport. We had to walk with our luggage from someplace nearby and we realized this after a few days of no one being able to take us to the front door which is infuriating. You can opt for a taxi out front but they're a lot more $ than an Uber. We chose this hotel because it's super close to lots of public transportation and near my family, which was the only reason we chose it. Well, the doors to the transportation hub are closed early so you have to go through a maze to get here. At least 15m out of your way. To go outside you take the elevator down to the mall and then walk 4m to another elevator to get to the street. If you're traveling for business and everything you need is walking distance this hotel may be great. But we absolutely hated our stay (from day 2) and wished we'd stayed at least somewhere where we're not traipsing our luggage around and exhausted. On our last day in order to take an Uber to the airport we had to go to a different hotel in order to get picked up: walk across the square, cross a bridge and take an escalator down and sprint to the other hotel. We were so done with the Hilton we'll never come back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
