Location so so, far from downtown. Front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly, attentive and polite. Quick to address issues, very apologetic. We found two bugs in our room. On the table next to the beds. Jumpy little things that looked like ticks. We killed them both. Checked our beds for more, nothing there. Later saw a cockroach and we asked that they changed our rooms. Couldn't sleep as our entire bodies itched just thinking of it! Second room was on the top floor, ceiling was peeling and showed signs of humidity and potential leak. A/C units in room noisier than usual. Front desk staff gave us 2 free breakfasts for our troubles. Still they need to fumigate and our experience was not pleasant. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Everything was unprofessional. Staff play music and argue in the morning while you are trying to sleep. Air conditioner makes a loud noise that is literally insanity. My reservation was for a king and I got 2 queens. People argue in the lobby all night. Do not stay here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Family reunion

Aug 15th, 2019

Booked hotel because of its proximity to family living in the Main Line. Not much to complain about. Booked three rooms for some of our family. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast (a buffet) was chaotic guest-wise and staff-wise. And there seemed to be some communication issues between front desk and bellman and front door car parking service. Major problem was with Hilton telephone communications. If you call the hotel, you'll be routed to a call center out in some country in the Asia/Pacific region where the person you talk to will have poor comprehension of American English. This can and will lead to significant issues with your booking. If you are a family who must have connecting rooms find another hotel Hotel has only a few connecting rooms which can not be reserved in advance. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

If you like rodents.....

Aug 11th, 2019

At one point, this hotel was very nice but now it is run down. The room walls I had were run down with the wallpaper bubbling off the wall. The shower had a mildew smell. The worst part about this hotel was Delmonicos restaurant for breakfast. They have a known mice problem and they were running around the floor of the restaurant. I could only imagine what the kitchen is like. I do not recommend staying here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good place to stay but not swim

Aug 8th, 2019

It's a well maintained and convenient place to stay when in the area but not a resort. There is a small indoor pool but the water is cloudy and not inviting, or it was when we were there. The deck around the pool is also very, very slippery. Make sure you're wearing flip-flops or pool shoes. There's a good workout room and the breakfast was lovely. The service is excellent too. Only hiccup was that we wanted adjoining or next door rooms and the person at the desk thought we had them since the numbers were consecutive. They were fairly far apart but the hotel was busy with several weddings going on so we let it go. We came to visit family and it fit the bill. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
