Perfect location!

Jan 1st, 2021

We chose this hotel due to its proximity (less than 1/4 mile) to Barrow Neurological Institute. The hotel was VERY quiet due to covid, but the limited staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The restaurant/bar was closed (covid), but still offered a great room service selection. A nice little "store" adjacent to the front desk offered lots of great drink & snack options. Room was well-appointed and the bed was super comfy for a peaceful sleep. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful property - A great stop on our road trip

May 31st, 2020

This is a gorgeous property. In spite of the covid restrictions, the management has been able to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. I was grateful to see the mask on the gentleman who checked us in yesterday evening. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for being an oasis in the storm. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Stay!

Mar 9th, 2020

Everything was really great... except for the fish tacos, those were dry and flavorless. Service was good and the staff was extremely helpful. The only nick on the room was that the fridge was out of service, but when I brought it up to them at checkout, they were more than willing to replace any food or beverages that I may have lost. Room for improvement

Mar 7th, 2020

A newly refurbished hotel in a so so area. The hotel is grouped amongst several business buildings and share the parking lot as well. I was there for a family wedding and was requested to stay at this particular hotel. Rooms are nice. Lobby is fairly expansive. There were small details which were off putting. Happy hour which is complimentary is always nice. I was disappointed that wine was served in plastic because the bartender didn’t have enough glasses?what’s up? Morning coffee was gone at 7am on the weekend and breakfast isn’t served till 730. I’m being picky for a reason. It’s the little things that make a difference. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Spring wedding party

Mar 2nd, 2020

I was visiting Phoenix at the end of February for my nieces wedding. Everybody stayed at the Embassy suites Downtown North and this was a very good idea, it was easy to get to and from the airport to the hotel via light rail which stops in front of the hotel. Each morning we all could have breakfast together in the very large lobby of the hotel. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very attractive inside. Make sure you check your group and company discounts. For me AAA was a good price. No outdoor grounds here but close to other outside locations if needed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
