A Traveler seeking Comfort and Convenience

I stayed here to make it easier on my daughter who lives a couple of hours away. I spent one night and I was so impressed with the room! It was clean and the bedding was crisp and comfortable! I had no concerns about cleanliness and enjoyed my stay immensely. The shuttle to the airport was excellent and added a well desired degree of comfort and security. I highly recommend this hotel! Great Hilton property, very close to SeaTac. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Check in and out was a piece of cake. Only downside is that car garage is located a couple hundred feet from front door to hotel. Although garage is probably convenient for those utilizing convention space. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops is a Joke

We just arrived from a long flight and decided to order dinner from the restaurant in the hotel- Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops. We ordered the New York strip steak medium rare and the crab cakes. The steak was burnt and overly done as were the burnt potatoes that came as a side. Extremely unacceptable, especially when it costs $48! The crab cakes tasted fine but were very small. Overall, I would NOT recommend the food. An extremely disgusting meal served to Hilton Honors members. Very very disappointing, and no one was available at the restaurant to rectify this disgraceful food. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PROPERTY. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Poor access spoils an otherwise ok stay

Ok nights stay near the airport. Room was ok. Breakfast was handled well ( we are diamond members). The overall structure of the hotel parking is not easy to access as everything seems to access via the main front doors. The hotel has conference facilities which look very easy to access but not the hotel. With a digital key we found it very difficult to access the hotel from any parking areas during the evening. Many of not most of the doors failed to open which can be very frustrating while carrying bags. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I travel frequently. I have since 2001–thousands of hotel nights...even during this pandemic. I have yet to encounter an experience as I had tonight. I called the Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center Hotel, upon landing. A recording said the shuttle would leave at the top and half of the hour, and stop at islands 1 and 3. I was outside, at island 3, at 10:20pm local time. I waited. Saw many different shuttles come, stop, and go. There are three lanes where the shuttles stop. The near lane is where they stop to pickup. I saw the Hilton shuttle coming, waived at it. It remained in the far lane, zooming past me...never stopping. In my career with thousands of hotel nights, I have witnessed a shuttle do this only once! It never even slowed down. I called the hotel, literally more than a dozen times—NO ANSWER! I walk the entire distance to the hotel, in the heat, and at night...not knowing my exact direction or location. I get to the hotel, there is ONE desk clerk working. One!!! And a line of people...possibly 30 in line! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, EVEN IN COVID TIMES. I have stayed in two dozen properties since March, with nothing as abysmal in service as the Hilton SeaTac, nothing even close! After walking the entire way, and sweating in my nice clothes, I stand, and wait to be checked in. Meanwhile an airline crew comes in and shoots to the front of the line...and then a second airline crew! I tried to give Hilton some business, but I’m honestly not sure if I stay at another Hilton property again. This experience was a unacceptable NIGHTMARE, that is still going on, and probably will be until I get checked in...which looks like won’t be for another hour, or more! Someone with Hilton Corporate needs to come to this hotel and witness for themselves the service that is horribly lacking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
