Good location

We stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year. The staff is always nice. The bar area is relaxing and the food is decent. We have noticed, however, that some of the rooms are looking a little rough: scratched furniture, stained grout in the bathrooms, carpet is worn, bathtub fixtures could use an update. Overall, it’s a good stay to get conveniently to the airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice facility

Had an enjoyable stay. Facility is well maintained, and the room was clean. A nice pool area and fitness center. Was there on a weekend and was quiet. Breakfast was nice (expensive if not a HHonors elite). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointed and Frustrated

Overall, very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures have clearly been edited to make this hotel look better than it is. We were given a room with a single bed rather than the two we reserved. Back downstairs. We had a fridge for meds on our reservation. Try to call the desk and the phone doesn't work in the room. Back downstairs. Hotel is rundown; carpets have unfinished edges, doors don't close, baseboards very scuffed, huge crack under the door, constant cold air blowing from the vent, and a fridge/medication fiasco. Back downstairs. In addition to this, as out of state travelers, the lack of signage about restrictions and requirements is nonexistent beyond "Stay 6 feet apart." A group of people gathering in the lobby for hours without masks and even eating (but masks are required in St. Louis), however, we were rudely kicked out when we sat at a table that was in the bar to eat. We asked where we could and got a snotty "not here." NO SIGNAGE WHATSOEVER! I get it's COVID and you have guidelines, but as an airport hotel you have many out of state travelers and if you can only drink in the bar then post that. I can read. Not to mention and itty bitty drink from the bar is $15+. Charge for parking, but the gate to parking is impossible to work. Stays shouldn't be this difficult. It's only been 5 hours... Rooms clean, bring your food from outside

I have to say from a people and cleanliness is good but quite frankly the management needs to look at how to service clients food under these times. Of course no sit down dining, pick up only. But what you pick up should be somewhat appealing or dont offer it. Chicken dinner and separate salad. Looked like it was thrown into the cardboard boxes with a shovel, just dumped in. Is this what guests are now subject to, dont worry, just blame it on Covid. Come on lets look at a little better in the offerings. Remember once these current times are past guests will be choosing properties that have been supportive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointed with Hilton

This place was nasty, the lobby is decent but it changed as soon you try to go up to your room. I went to the second tower and the carpet was dirty, the 6th floor smell like cigarettes even on my room that was supposed to be a smoke free room. We stayed because we drove 12 hours on that day. I would definitely ask for a refund and go to another hotel if we weren't tired. Everything was dirty on my room and not well taking care, please see the pictures. Too much noise on the hallway and a big gab on the door. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone specially us, Hilton Honors Members. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
