One night stay. Reception was quick and polite. Lobby and corridors seemed gloomy; maybe they were economising on lights, or maybe it was the decor. No food/drinks available other than breakfast, due to pandemic: we were advised to use a delivery service, which we did. Room was spacious and comfortable, but definitely showing signs of wear. Breakfast was not impressive: food had been out a while and eggs were barely warm. On the whole, this hotel was just barely good enough. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

What a bad experience in a Hilton hotel! Unfriendly and unprofessional support at the Reception. The request for a full day meeting room was not answered professionally, the safe in the room not repaired, the rooms cleaned only after requesting it at reception and after the breakfast service was closed, you could not even get a bottle of water purchased in this hotel..... What poor service in this already difficult times for travellers. Hilton Strasbourg, never ever again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great covid stay

Stayed two nights on a visit to Alsace with an excellent rate. The hotel seemed largely empty and under-occupied which was conducive to a more personal level of service. As Hilton Gold I was upgraded to a recently refurbished room which is very nice and at Hilton standards. There was dedicated parking available although parking is also free along the long street right outside the hotel. Breakfast was also very COVID-secure and with secure procedures and full social distancing in place. Would definitely return if in the area again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
GM was awesome

It’s not every day that a guest sees a GM so involved in day-to-day operations. He was very friendly, remembered our name, and even asked about our dog which was staying with us. Very appreciated. We encountered one issue at the lounge...I wrote an email to the staff but never heard anything back. Although disappointing, this didn’t ruin our stay, and I assume there are more pressing matters especially during COVID times. The way they setup their breakfast was great, and had options that were appreciated by us. We will be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
First covid hotel stay - go there!

It was our first covid hotel stay and the staff does everything they can to follow procedures- rooms are clean and limited housekeeping during the stay is upon request. Breakfast is one way system and no help yourself until there are pre-packed items. Restaurant and execution lounge are closed but maybe it is for the best so we booked deluxe room instead. As a small family we stayed in interconnecting rooms as suggested by the hotel which proved to be good value. Rooms are renovated with everything you may need incl fridge and ironing board. Please support this hotel to recover economically after the corona restrictions - they are doing a great job and have fantastic general manager who gives special attention to every guest and helps whenever possible.
