Needs updating

Sep 17th, 2020

Chose this property for I always prefer a suite type of room. The separate bedroom and living space are a nice feature...one I always look for in a property. I also enjoy easy access to my vehicle as I am in and out of the hotel a lot. I'm certain at one time, this was a nice hotel in the Hilton chain. Unfortunately, it is now outdated and run down. Very sad that the Hilton chain hasn't recognized this and updated for it is in a good location. I travel frequently and would never stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great one night stay for me and my family

Aug 11th, 2020

Based on the reviews I previously read, I almost didnt book this hotel. However the hotel was pretty nice. There was a lot of people checking in which surprised me. Due to Covid I thought things would be different but it wasnt. Everyone was still wearing their masks, hand santitizer stations and social distance signs were everywhere. My room was very spacious and clean for the price I paid. The carpet and walls could use some good cleaning. I could tell it was old stubborn stains and they may have to replace the carpet altogether. I had the double queen executive floor suite with a kitchenette which included a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower, and a separate partitioned sink area where the closet, iron and safe is located. The bedroom is separated from the living room with french doors, and the living room has a sofa bed. I stayed in room 514 which had a balcony from the living room; and a view from the bedroom's big windows of the tall pretty glass buildings with the white design on top. The hotel also has a suite shop which sells different goodies but very pricey. There is a publix grocery store around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my children TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Noisest hotel ever. Front desk rude

Aug 9th, 2020

I have never had to use ear plugs to sleep. Till this hotel. You can hear everything from outside traffic to adjacent rooms as well as anytime a person leaves their room in your hallway. I stayed 7 nights for business and a free continental breakfast was not offered twice. They didnt offer any alternative other than saying they weren’t sure why there wasnt any available. They “offered” them after 8a.m. And i was there first thing as this was a late offering in my opinion. Also i had to request room service which was clearly stated when i checked in. Because of covid. But it took them three consecutive days of me “requesting “ before my room was cleaned on the fourth night of my stay. The hotel pool is gross. The elevators are slow and only work partially on some days. Id plan on using stairs which is super awesome if your room is on the 6th floor. Every one of the front desk associates were rude and didnt seem to care about anything. I was viewed as an inconvenience even if i were merely asking for the free breakfast( they give you coupons to redeem). This is a partially renovated outdated crap hole. Their are ceiling leaks in many areas of the hotel. Carpet is stained and old. Furniture is old in rooms. They only renovated enough to make rooms appear nice in pictures. This is a 90 dollar room at best and my group rate was 109. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I will not visit this location again. Was in town for a college tour and this was a horrible start to our visit. This location does not meet the Hilton standards. I had to go and buy a pillow to even sleep somewhat comfortable TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hilton should emancipate this crappy place.

Mar 12th, 2020

This place is way below Hilton standards. Here's the no-BS list. 1. Wet bar faucet loose and leaking 2. GFCI outlet tripped every time coffee was made 3. Burned out light bulbs in three places 4. Whirlpool jets did not work 5. Whirlpool air valve stuck closed 6. Shower head flange loose from wall 7. Hand towel bracket coming off 8. Balcony door broke with first use 9. MEDICAL TAPE found on nightstand and bed ... seriously?? 10. Broken door stop 11. Classy guests having loud sex on another balcony after midnight 12. Classier staff arguing in the office behind the front desk 13. Dirty Q-tip in the corridor all weekend The manager seemed nice enough, but I didn't have time to move rooms in the hopes of shortening the list. My job description does not extend to hotel maintenance. Theirs apparently do not either. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
