Class Act Hotel

Thank you Hilton WPB. Incredible week stay with you guys. From top to bottom, we were very well taken care of. A couple shout outs are required here. First, Pier at the Manor House restaurant was such a class act. He was super busy and yet still found a way to be personable, friendly and efficient. This man get an A plus for his strong work ethic. He memorized our breakfast order after the first day and never ceased to attend to our every need- coffee, refills, water, and even recommendations on where to go and visit locally. A second strong shout out goes to Rich in the Galley restaurant— especially for our Thanksgiving meal which went above and beyond what we expected. The spread was delicious, varied (turkey, steak, salads, soup etc), creative flavors, and lovely dish presentations. Rich has a great and friendly personality. He constantly checked in with us and found some moments to chat which was really nice. To boot, the GM Craig, came out each meal to see how things were going. Wow. Super nice touch. And Paloma too (the resto hostess) who secured our table on multiple nights by the fire pit- she greeted us every time with big smiles. Finally, last shout out to Alondra at the front desk who was also super friendly. She even checked in by text to make sure our stay was going well. All these people are the face of the company, and we’ve stayed at other places where our names and faces were not remembered. You guys can teach other hotels your best practices! Not so good

I stayed here on business and was underwhelmed. The dish TV was not functioning for 3 of mt five days. The morning of checkout I discovered three insect bites on my leg that could only have been from the bed. Housekeeping only every other day. No real restaurant for evening dining until Wednesday. I won't be coming back and I'm normally a Hilton fan. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Our stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach was amazing! The staff are so professional and attentive. The cabana staff treated us so great! The pools, hotel, rooms were so clean. I enjoyed the service that the Hilton gave us. The valet was quick and easy too! Overall we were satisfied with the Hilton West Palm Beach experience. We can’t wait to go back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A Very Pleasant Stay with a Very hard Working Staff

Pro's: 1. Hard Working staff that is dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible during the Pandemic. 2. Good food served in restaurants with a nod to Gallery. 3. Comfortable pool which at the moment is reserved for hotel guests only (although we spotted several people walk in with coolers from outside). Cons: 1. Rooms might be sprayed and cleaned with Lysol, but our one bedroom suite felts grimy and drab and we found a bloody rag and lots of crumbs in the room from former guests. 2. Breakfast in the morning can be a free for all, and while we did reserve a 7 am time one morning it was served a full 45 minutes late. 3. Rooms really require daily maid service and the significant reduction in staff is noted. I was impressed at how well the hotel was able to maintain services with a Skelton staff that worked so hard. We always prefer a one bedroom at this Hilton and on our second day we did receive house keeping complete with a lysol sent that was appreciated but the room felt drab. We did find some left ver small bites of food and crumbs in the couch (I sat on them) and there was a dirty bloody rag draped behind the sofa in the bedroom. The top of the closet was absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned. A special shout out to Keitra at the front desk who was able to help us through some business issues using the hotel's computer as well as Peire at the breakfast restaurant who seemed to work tirelessly to make sure guests were as comfortable as can be. We significantly appreciated the attempts the hotel went through to provide a hot breakfast for guests. Although we were asked to place our order by 8pm the night before indicating the time for "pick up", for the most part the order was ready within a 15 minute time frame. We did experience a 45 minute delay and needed to ask the front desk to investigate. The hotel graciously extended a credit to us for food in the Gallery. We found the food to be good and the food in the Gallery (and service) to be above average. Although opened Wed through Sun, we appreciated the happy hour pricing. I would not hesitate to stay again although I do wish there was a greater effort to supervise cleaning of rooms and perhaps a refresh of linens and pillows. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
