Great Location in the heart of the activity!

This hotel is situated in the perfect spot if you like being close to the Gondolas and restaurants as wells as shopping. It is very comfortable and they have a nice spa. It is not the most luxurious but it offers everything you need. Tuesday apres ski is a big thing at this hotel and is the go to place on Tuesdays though it is a very young crowd. But it quiets down after 8:30pm. I recommend this hotel due to it's great location and good meeting facilities. The staff of this hotel is very pleasant and willing to help out with any need you may have. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location, Nice Hotel

Feb 23rd, 2020

Stayed at hotel for 5 nights during President's Day week for family of 4. (wife, two kids age 7 & 9) This was our first visit to Whistler. The hotel is very centrally located and made getting ski rentals for the kids, the kid's ski school, and access to the village all very easy. The ski rental shop and ski storage are right out the back entrance of the hotel. Very convenient. Definitely makes it easy for those that understand getting kids to the slopes can be a difficult and exhausting experience. No need for a car as the village is very walkable. (we took the Whistler Connection service to and from Vancouver airport to Whistler) We had a premier king suite which includes a small kitchen which was nice to make a quick breakfast before skiing. The only negative from the kids perspective was the pool was down for maintenance a couple of days and when open, the Jacuzzi jets didn't work. But all in all we had a great time and would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I will never come back

Not use to snow hard packed like concrete and icy bumps. To spoiled with CO and UT snow. Whistler and Blackcomb are not very comfortable to ski, lots of snowboarders going Mach 1, would not being my family here. The next compliant is the Hilton Charges $34 @ for parking and then there is a hidden resort fee. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Less than average.

Not sure how in a Western Country this hotel bears the Hilton label. Or maybe that's what Hilton brand is today. Hallways smell like burned jet fuel, the place is ugly and outdated, rooms are just average motel looking rooms with a loud HVAC unit below the window, there is no coffee in the main area, the room coffee makers are really bad, the pillows stink and so do the towells, the hotel parking lot is very expensive. My room was paid in full prior to arrival, but the hotel wants a resort fee at the end of the stay which looks shady and I suspect is a scam since it wasn't charged upfront. I made one local phone call (same 604 area code as the hotel) and got charged $188.25 as an interstate call. In a nut shell, not worth the money and definitely because of this experience, I won't (never, ever) stay at another Hilton property again (ever). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
