Great Hotel and Location

Feb 27th, 2021

Recently stayed here for two nights while in Orlando. The hotel is very clean, has comfortable beds, a great pool and we loved the easy and safe walk to Disney springs. We were early for check in, so we walked over to Disney springs for a few hours and came back and enjoyed the pool. We pretty much had it to ourselves. Our room was on the 10th floor and was recently renovated based on room photos I have seen elsewhere. We never heard any noise and loved the view from our room. The resort credit did provide us with two coffees and waters each which was nice. While there are cheaper hotels in area, not all of them are walkable to Disney springs which can offset the hotel cost, and having to pay for an uber if staying a mile up the road. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks was also appreciated and professionally conducted. I would highly recommend staying here based on amenities, location, cleanliness and comfort. Ok stay.....

Feb 23rd, 2021

I can definitely say due to distance it’s a great choice. However, the beds were horrible. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty. At check-in,women was very polite. But... upon entry to the room we noticed there was a used mask in the middle of the floor. The room just seemed as if only the beds were made. Called downstairs, and was told we were not supposed to be in this room. Switched us to a new room. It’s not the worst hotel but not the best either. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Time

Feb 17th, 2021

I had an amazing time here with my wife even during the pandemic. We were able to experience everything we needed and the shuttle to the Disney Parks and walk to Disney Springs was great. I highly recommend this hotel as there are a ton of perks for Hilton Honor Members. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Anniversary trip far exceeded our expectations!

Jan 30th, 2021

My wife and I traveled to Florida for our 20-year wedding anniversary, and of course C19 protocol was paramount for the success of our trip. Upon checking in it was clear that all aspects of the Hilton LBV were up to spec which of course helped us more easily relax during our stay. While I did request one of the newly remodeled rooms, to our surprise the GM upgraded us to a junior suite on the 9th floor with a pool and Disney Springs view... the room was huge and nicely appointed! Breakfast was a simple process in the marketplace, and as a Hilton Gold member we were provided a $30 credit every morning... a quick breakfast sandwich, yogurt parfait, coffee, and juice was in many ways preferred to a lengthy breakfast routine. Transportation to any of the Disney parks was provided, and it was always on a clean and modern coach type bus... user tip, if you don't want to wait for the Hilton bus to return to the hotel, you can take Disney transportation to a Disney resort property, then take a bus to Disney Springs from there, and walk over to the Hilton LBV thereafter. We enjoyed taking Disney transportation to the Saratoga Springs resort (Congress stop) and walked to the hotel from there. Thanks again to James, Jay, and Adam for a wonderful memory, just can't say enough positive things about your property and we look forward to returning in the future! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Stay

Jan 13th, 2021

This was our first stay at this hotel. We are Hilton lifetime diamond, so this was a free stay on our points. We were going to Disney and decided to extend our stay at the beginning and spent four nights here. It's a large hotel and right now does feel pretty empty. I believe we were told they only have 200 rooms open. Check in at 2pm was a breeze, we were the only ones there. We did have to wait until closer to 4pm for our room to be ready, but we just went out to the pool area, enjoyed the sunshine and a few drinks at the pool bar. Our room was great. It was right off of the elevation and an end room, on the 9th floor. It was oddly shaped, like an "L" but lots of room. Could have used more storage space, however. There were two bathroom vanities, one in with the toilet and shower, and one outside of the bathroom. We each had our own, although they were small, even for one person's things. Bed was comfy, we slept great. The lighting in the room was rather poor, they could use a little more, but we survived. As someone else mentioned, no breakfasts (and I never even thought of it - we aren't breakfast people). We were given coupons to use in the lobby market for 2 free waters and 2 free coffees each day. We didn't even use them. There is a Benihana right in the hotel that was open, and another bar/snack area, but we did not utilize them. You are very close to Disney Springs. As someone else said, it was an "easy" walk over. Sure............up 45 steps to the walkway over the road and down again. LOL Hubby wouldn't let me use the elevator, but it was good exercise even if I hated it. When looking for a hotel off of Disney property, I can see that this one will become our go-to. We had a good experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
