Broken microwave, dated old hotel

Jan 17th, 2020

Could not even heat up water in the microwave, so had to go down 12 stories to use the one near the elevator. The coffee maker is the cheapest kind imaginable, so is the coffee. Of course only powdered creamer. All windows are single pane so good luck if you want peace and quiet on the freeway side. The toilet seat is one you’d find in a public restroom, not a house or good hotel. The kind with the cutout at the top. Cheap and nasty. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Biggger than expected.

Jan 11th, 2020

This is not a traditional Holiday Inn, it is bigger than most Holiday Inns. It has 2 towers, lots of space inside for meetings and parties. A very quick shuttle ride from the Burbank Airport and we were in our room 30 minutes after landing. The service is good but the only thing that was not good was the terrible WIFI, very slow or non-existing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location and Value

Dec 24th, 2019

Perfect place to stop when you’ve made it over the Grapevine, and only want to deal with LA traffic after a good night’s rest. The location of this H.I. can’t be beat: walking distance from numerous restaurants in Downtown Burbank, so there’s no need to get back into your car after parking it. Comfortable beds, good soundproofing, decent water pressure, and the water gets as hot as I need it to, which is very hot. There’s no nonsense at the front desk, e.g., no pressure to “sign up and become a rewards member,” like you get with other hotel chains. (Thank you Holiday Inn for valuing my time.) The breakfast menu was superb and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Could be much better

Nov 11th, 2019

Our issues: no towel rods, no dresser or drawers for clothing, loud bedroom fan which cannot be switched off when the light is on. So so Wi-Fi. The laminated desk top was chipped & was sharp dangerous TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great experience

Nov 5th, 2019

I had a great experience. That place was huge. It had so many amenities that you did not have to leave the property. My favorite view was the restaurant on the 18th floor. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
