Not what I expected

In Covid-19 times I was expecting better cleaning. The room was feeling dirty and the restroom was super dirty. I wasn't able to sleep due too many noise in the room. I'm not sure what was it. I changed my stay and left. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We got there on 8/7/202 around 4 pm the Front desk lady was great. I love the GF breakfast options that the offer for me. And one of the Housekeeping Ladies Maria Franco help us a lot she was very kind and during our stay and gives us a great advise to eat around the city! Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is quiet. Nice couch with movable laptop stand and dinner tray and a desk with office chair. I have had a great night sleep every night so far. I come to the hotel after work get a free drink with my drink card it’s perfect and a great view. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Friendly and Helpful Staff

We stayed at this hotel for five days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. The food at the restaurant wasn't great, but the barmaid at night was sweet. She gave us recommendations for things to do and see while we were there. Each recommendation was wonderful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean hotel. Restaurant/bar in the lobby area with good food and drinks. Breakfast staff is great, especially Iris and Vera. Awesome ladies! Good location. Close to shopping malls/restaurants/bars. All of the hotel staff, from housekeeping ladies to front desk personnel, is what made my stay a very enjoyable one. Special thanks to Astrid at the front desk. She’s amazing. She always welcomes every guest with a smile and is always there to help you with whatever you need. This hotel is very lucky to have her working there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
