Staff were absolutely, welcoming, friendly and generally just really great people. Hotel was ecxcellent too, great value for money. The hotel is in a good location not far from trains and buses into the city. Will stay there again for sure. Hugh TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
EXCELLENT Hotel. Recently refurbished

Formerly the Holiday Inn Express. This has recently been taken over and totally refurbished as A high standard modern Premier Inn. Staff at reception very friendly all spoke perfect English. Breakfast offering due to covid was only a grab bag. Not worth the money. Across the road open from 7am a bakery. Two croissants and a coffee €5. Hotel room had kettle and tea/coffee. Extra supplies just ask at reception anytime or on reception desk in morning. Rooms very clean and new. Could smell new carpets. Rain shower in bathroom. Location. 3 min walk from wittenbergplatz Station. Chinese next door does nice food. There is also a nice Italian the other side. Rooms extremely cheap for Berlin and high quality. If you have stayed in Premier Inn in UK. This is the modern version. Definetly book again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern and spacious. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for the zoo, shops and restaurants! Cannot fault the hotel and would definitely return and would recommend for anyone wanting a trip to Berlin! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Genuinely speaking I had a positive experience at the premier inn. Despite this, Michelle and here receptionist were at times unwelcoming. But it was a great location and the room itself was Adequate. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel is in a really good location with a metro stop, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Zoo is also nearby. The hotel interior is really new and modern, staff also attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
