We stay here for one night with grand kids for one night on way to the beach. Hotel was like all holiday inn but no pool. Harbor is a 2 miles away and plenty places to eat with in walking distance. Room was well kept and clean TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed overnight with my wife and everything was perfect except for one of the room amenities listed on my reservation was missing from the room. The hotel was awesome in trying to accommodate the issue and IHG facilitated a resolution after my stay to my satisfaction. Regardless, the hotel itself is a nice clean property and was perfect for our getaway... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Oh my goodness, save for the only one out of two elevators that worked within this facility, I would say that my hotel stay, at this hotel, was spectacular. This is the first time I had ever in my life stayed in a hotel room whereas I had my very own microwave oven, my very own coffee maker, and my very one refrigerator with a huge big screen television, with a walk-in closet that had an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom was a little tiny since the bedroom itself with it's single king size bed took up most of the room. The room was completely sound-proof from hotel interior hallway and exterior highway noise. This hotel features an outdoor swimming pool of which I was informed does not open until Memorial Day weekend, and unfortunately, I stayed tat this hotel during Spring Break in April, 2019. This hotel also features a small/quaint little exercise room, of which I did not get an opportunity to utilize, and of which did not have an operable big screen television. I was told, via the property manager that the exercise room was still being renovated. There is also a Chili's Restaurant attached to this hotel. Overall, my stay here was pleasurable and I would consider staying at this hotel once more, should I pass through Maryland again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good value, renovations underway

We stayed in one of the new two-queen suites. When I found this room option online, there were no photos of the room, so I called the hotel to ask about the room's size/arrangement. I was told that it looked exactly like the king suite that is pictured online but with two queen beds instead of one king bed. Upon arrival, we found that the room is really no bigger than a regular two-queen room but it had a compact sleeper sofa crammed between one of the beds and the wall. The pullout was only a twin size, which suited our needs but the room was truly cramped. There are four 2-queen suites, all on the first floor just off the lobby. This location was very convenient, but in the morning when the staff was preparing the breakfast, the noises from the lobby carried into the room and was disruptive of our sleep. Renovations are underway, so the lobby and the rooms are nicely updated. There is no pool at this hotel, which I failed to note. Overall a great value and I would recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
It was okay.

We chose this hotel as a low-cost last minute weekend getaway. It was easy to get to and had plenty of free parking. Nothing was great; nothing was bad. There were a lot of restaurants very close by (Mission BBQ and Gordon Biersch both had excellent service and food). We tried walking to the nearby shopping center with the PA Dutch Market, movie theater, and stores, but there aren’t sidewalks the whole way and ended up backtracking and walking. The Market and Chevy’s were both great! You could walk to several shops, including a Target, though, that were close. The room was clean and had a microwave, Kuerig, and mini-fridge. The bed was a bit hard, but fine. The bathroom had good lighting for make-up, but was a bit small. The water pressure/temp was so-so. We couldn’t get the safe to open or the temp below 68 degrees. You could hear the TV and conversations of people next door and the view was a graveyard, which we laughed off. The front desk guy was very personable and helpful and although renovations were going on, there wasn’t noise from it or anything. There is a fitness room and free breakfast that we skipped. Overall, it’s a good place for convenience if you’re going to be out and about, but not luxury or anything. Kind of meh. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
