We checked in with our family to a dirty room, no toilet paper, stickers on furniture from previous guest, and handprints on the windows. This room was filthy!!! During Covid you expect rooms to be cleaned better than usual....if this was extra clean, then I don’t know what dirty is. The front desk clerk was friendly however the valet was not!! He even damaged our vehicle. Please drive a little further and stay somewhere else! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel has a wonderful location but the accomodations are not up to expectations for the area. the hallway to the room was damp and musty, carpet was damp and fans were set up in hall. the room was semi remoled but it was very small and had too much furniture. it would have been really tight if there was two people in the room. On a positive note the desk clerk and valet were extremely nice and helpful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My sister and I stayed a week at the Holiday Inn on Beale Street. The location is nice and close to everything, however, the employees, the driver that picked us up at the airport was just awful. They had no customer service skills at all. Don't bother talking to management either. I am taking my husband to the Civil Rights Museum in a few months and will be staying at the Peabody. I will NEVER use this hotel again and will advise anyone I know not to as well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stopped so we could visit where my husband use to live many years ago. He took me walking down to the park along the Mississippi River, Beale Street, Elvis statue, and bars he frequented while living there. The room had a great king size bed and a great city view. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Basic rooms but great location opposite Peabodys Hotel

Very convenient location and just a short walk from Beale Street. Hotel is modern but offers basic facilities - but then you don't spend much time in the room when in Memphis. Needed to change room because of noisy lift so avoid rooms ending in "50" which back onto lift shaft. The bar has a Happy Hour which is worth a visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
