Family Road Trip

The on site restaurant was delicious with great service. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. However we stayed here for three nights and had to get more toilet paper and clean towels because they didn’t come to clean our room one time. We were out and about every day except for one and thought it would be nice to come back to our beds made or some clean towels. This hotel was extremely pricy for what you got. Being one that stays in a lot of hotels I think the price we paid per night was way to high for this hotel but the staff was friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel itself is very nice but you really have to be picky on what you choose for a room. The rooms Are clean and a lot of parking lot Views. We upgraded and got a pool side which was nice! Lots of fun things to do on the property but not in a great location to go walking to things They do not offer the free breakfast but they give you coupons to their restaurant which I didn’t think was all that good. Easy drive to the freeway to get to things and close to the airport If you want to walk to the tourist attractions you have to find a different place TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Well located - ticks nearly all the boxes

This is a lovely property, well located for the north harbour and just a short drive from downtown and the local attractions. The rooms in the new building are spacious and well appointed. The on property cafe is great for breakfast, and does a lovely margarita on happy hour with free appetisers mid week. The pool is fine and quiet. The airport is close but not intrusive. The north bay can be explored by foot and there are lovely restaurants and bars (see review for Ketch’s). I’d recommend this property as long as you don’t want to be downtown. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
OK, nice location though!

This hotel is located on the edge of Little Italy so the selection of restaurants is extensive. It is also within walking distance of the USA Midway Museum. Travel time to the airport is pretty short, about 15-20 minutes. The staff was not over friendly during our stay. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable! Don’t know if we would stay here again if we are in San Diego. It would depend on what are are, that is usually how we select hotels. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
GREAT STAFF AND EXCELLENT LOCATION

This is our go to hotel in San Diego to catch early flights. It is located a short distance from the airport. We stayed here again; on 03/17 in room, 3502.This room had a private balcony that overlooked the ASW base and the harbor. It is also a short walk to the NEX mini mart located on Nimitz Blvd. Check in was easy, quick and pleasant. All staff members we met were very cordial. There is a restaurant located on property, but was closed when we were there but the bar/grill offers a full menu. The room was well-equipped, large comfortable bed, huge bathroom with a tub and large walk-in shower, a living room with a sofa bed and your own private balcony. This is a very nice place to stay if you need to catch a flight from Lindbergh Field, as a shuttle service is provided. Total cost for one night stay (room/taxes) was $245.53. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
