We traveled from DC to Miami. Stopped in Savannah. Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious, there are plenty of restaurants and gas stations in the area, and very easy to access. We felt confident with COVID policies of the hotel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent room. Excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. I will always shop Holiday Inn first from now on because I was so pleased. Very Lovely room. Quiet room no outside noise no other guest noise. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great hotel location

Location was great. The hotel is located near access to many attractions within easy driving distance. Room was clean and the hotel staff was very accommodating. They should have controlled the level of noise created by a group of young people running up and down the hallways in the middle of the night but I know sometimes that is hard. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not at all what advertised

I chose this hotel offer others in the same area (very convenient when traveling to Florida) because of the following on their website: On-site restaurant, bar, "brand- new" rooms, brand- new recently remodeled hotel along our things. None of this was true upon check-in, NOTHING was remodeled, the restaurant was not open, there were coffee makers still in the rooms but no coffee (due to Covid it apparently makes more sense to join other guests in the lobby instead of having coffee in your room alone). The rooms were old smelly and the appeared to be blood splatters on the walls of the bathroom. I'm going back to Marriott from now on TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I’ve stayed at plenty of holiday inns, and this by far has been a mediocre experience... The hotel room is nice and modernly updated. The only issues with my room I had during my stay is that the hotel air conditioning unit leaked when it ran leaving the floor soak and wet and the second towel stored in my room had brown stains on it. I was feeling physically ill during my stay though Mindy made my stay more pleasant than it was. Generous young lady with great customer service... She also assisted me with a line of customers without neglecting the other customers, she is pretty good at what she does... The manager Mysheika on the other hand was extremely rude from my check in to my checkout. She had no concern or solace when I reported my room issue. I even told her and the front desk lady Jennifer whom checked me out Goodmorning and she looked me in my face and turned around and walked in the back office. I probably won’t stay at this holiday inn anymore, not that I believe the room issues can’t be fixed, but for the simple fact that inhospitable management makes me uneasy. I felt if a more serious issue had arisen it would not be handled properly or with care... The bed was comfy and I did get a good nights sleep. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
