Very convenient for the airport (walking distance). Staff were very good and made us feel as 'Covid-safe' as possible. Breakfast was excellent. Only drawback for us was that we had to cut short our visit due to one of our family being taken ill. The room had been prepaid for 2 nights and although we vacated by 11 am we could not cancel the room and get a refund . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I booked the highest priced room on the 4th floor a week before arriving. I stay here regularly & always stay in one on those rooms on the 4th floor overlooking the airpor that whatever one of those rooms, I insisted with the man on the phone.that I eanted a fourth floor room and assured it had all been booked on. On arrival at the hotel, was told by the receptionist "after 3 rings you could be put through anywhere in the world, & we dont know what he told you but you haven't paid for that room." I said you can see I'm a Gold IHG member but they weren't prepared to help. I had the worst night sleep I ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable. Stains on the carpet & the bathroom was not clean.1 towel and no soap. I won't ever be coming here again, ever. So much for being a Gold IHG custoner if this is how you are treated. Don't come here. There ard plenty of other much nicer & much easier establishments whose customer service & room quality would be far superior to this. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Do not refund bookings

We had to cancel our booking because I became ill during my holiday, cancelled the booking through booking.com 4 days before we were due to arrive. The Hotel has never responded and never even offered a partial refund towards our booking. Do not book, they can keep my £165 for the 2 nights stay. They have not taken in to consideration that there is a pandemic and as I was ill, surely it was a good idea not to pass my germs around to other guests. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean and comfortable, duvet slightly heavy for time of year. Disappointed with breakfast, after the host turned his back to tell my boyfriend only how breakfast works, we were then not called over as stated but left to watch as others came up for seconds! Very good to stay in holiday in reception staff was really great and helpful the only thing which wasn’t a 100% was the WiFi kept stop working then came back on but other than that was excellent to stay in holiday inn TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
