We really appreciate the new look and the general cleanliness of this room 430. However, we both suffered throughout the night from the bed. It might be time to replace this one. At this time (using COVID as an excuse) there are no amenities. The Hotel is near a hospital so ambulances are not uncommon, and the highway is right below so trucks at night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
EXCELLENT CHEF IN THE RESTAURANT

This hotel was great, a good night's sleep, clean, very comfortable room. The receptionist's name was Barbara, and she was LOVELY, friendly, informative and kind. We were tired and hungry, and Barbara suggested the hotel's dining room. I ordered the salmon which came with brussel sprouts. It was the BEST SALMON I have ever had. My husband is a sport fisherman, so we have a freezer loaded with salmon. I've also had it in many restaurants, but never was it prepared like this! And the brussel sprouts - again - the best I've ever had, roasted and drizzled with herbs and olive oil, goodness and love. The chef is to be commended, this was an outstanding meal. we only stayed 1 night and was really satisfied with the clean rooms and water pressure was great in shower. The beds were very comfortable, and so were the pillows. good location also. Could barely hear outside traffic. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good Bad & Oh Well

My time at this hotel was good. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. My room was well appointed. I richly enjoyed every encounter with the cleaning and restaurant staff. I can't say the same about the shuttle driver and a couple of the front desk people. The shuttle driver had to be enjoying a vacation on the clock because that behind was missing in action. After waiting in the sweltering heat for 20 minutes, I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle's potential arrival time and was given the preverbal middle finger. The person who answered the phone never answered my question about the expected time of arrival; instead I was given the time the driver starts and the time they end. (What the What!) As a result of the driver's lack of visibility, I had to rent a car to get to the hotel after my flight. This was emotionally and financially draining. The ONLY reason why I booked this hotel was because they listed an airport shuttle on their website. My having to spend over $200.00 to get to the hotel was very disappointing. Not as important, but notable all the same was that at least one, actually two of the front desk people didn't really see me as a valued customer (this is a rant for a different forum). The moral of the story; don't be a lazy shuttle driver or a bothered by the customers front desk person. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay with this establishment. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We happened across this location when the one we booked down the street turned out to be a roach motel. The staff here are incredible! Room was clean and comfortable and the rate was reasonable for the quality received. Excellent service in the restaurant and the food was great too. Pool was so relaxing after a long weekend of chaos. Would definitely recommend this location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
