Worst Stay Ever!!!!
Sep 10th, 2020
I stayed there Aug 26-29 and it was truly the worst stay ever! When I arrived to check in the hotel front staff rudely greet me with "What do you need Ma'am?" instead of a greeting or "What can I help you with?" Also the phone in the room never worked. When I went out after breakfast, I specifically asked for the phone to be fixed and for housekeeping to be done. When I came home in the evening, neither was done. The same was repeated the next day. On the final day I had to check out early at 3AM, I had stopped by the previous night to confirm if staff would be there for check out and I was assured that staff would be there. However at 3AM there was absolutely no one. The front desk was absolutely empty. There was no option to call or ring up a staff member. I stood at the front desk for nearly 15 mins - knocking till finally someone showed up and it clearly looked like that person had been napping!!!! This almost made me miss my flight. And my drive to the airport extremely stressful!! In fact that was my whole stay - very stressful!!! I would not recommend this to anyone! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good value, great comfort

One of the most comfortable bed and pillows I ever slept it. The location is perfect, right next to the Gay Village and Dundas Square. The service was also impeccable! The hotel offered us free breakfast every morning, as an upgrade, which was very appreciated. Will come back for sure! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very clean hotel, and professional staff
Aug 12th, 2020
The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet. Was a bit on the small side but worked well for myself. Check-in was simple and breakfast was great. Parking on-site. Would recommend if downtown is where you want to be. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location and wonderful staff
Jul 25th, 2020
When arrived in pure Covid Stage 2 wonderfulness. I stayed here before and like the proximity to everything by foot. The parking is not easy to find as it is on the back street and narrow with driving on the left and exit on the right. I find the price steep but that is Toronto and I was aware of the price before booking so was not a hidden charge. We booked through a third party so this only gave us vouchers for 2 people instead of 4. (Booked as two adults, 2 teens: 17 + 14). This was not an issue as the "two adults" went down and got meals for 4 people (kids under 14 eat free and well, they were sleeping in the room) So we got our breakfast for 4. Parking allows you to go in and out. Pool was still closed unfortunately. Rooms were clean so cannot complain. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Lack of employee professionalism and empathy
May 27th, 2020
Due to the pandemic, this hotel had locked their lobby doors to the general public. There was nowhere on the website that mentions a "no guest policy" due to this. If I had known this, I would obviously not book the hotel. An employee named Joseph tried to deny me from having a friend come over who I had not seen in 3 years. He embarrassed me, argued with me, and raised his voice infront of my friend. He also revealed private and confidential guest information infront of my friend. Another employee named Carlton at the front desk did not care/show empathy when I told him the story as I checked out. Terrible, unprofessional, and embarrassing experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
