The 4th floor has new mattresses. That is major if you want to sleep well here. Saw some comments from others about cleanliness. The main floors/surfaces are clean, but the place needs a deep cleaning in the corners and baseboards .Pay attention to the HVA/C controls. Select AC or Heat before setting the temp. Otherwise, you could be colder or warmer than you thought possible at 3am. Ask me how I know. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Road trip

The hotel was clean. We arrived after 3pm after driving all day and the room as not ready. The clerk offered us $10 voucher for bar which is not what we wanted at that time. A supervisor heard the conversation and offered us another room which was fine. The room was a king room rather than king suite which we did not need anyway. The room was very poorly lit but otherwise acceptable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stay here because I have to, company has a contract. Been here about 6 times now and have yet to find a room that doesn’t stink of mold/mildew. It’s so gross, you can taste it as soon as u walk in the room. Any negative review on here is accurate. The construction Equipment across the street needs to wipe this place out!! Worst smelling hotel I have to stay in and that’s a lot of hotels. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Never again

This place is not what it is suppose to be. From the minute we walked in, the hotel smells of mildew and is damp. We overlooked the initial reaction in the lobby and check into our three rooms. These were a deal breaker. Their was mold on the window sills, the wall paper was peeling, the drywall was rotted out in places and all the furniture was rusty where there was metal. As a military traveler I plan on trying to get this place off our approved lodging lists. See the pictures in the review. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

When we arrived, we were not impressed by the outside of the hotel or the neighborhood however, the inside lobby was very nice and updated and matched their photos online. The front desk staff was super friendly too! However, once we entered our first floor room, we were immediately confronted by a horrible wet musty smell. Then, we saw all the stains on the carpet, walls and white bedding, which really stood out. So grossed out, we left our luggage out in the hall and I went to ask for a new room. The second one was not any better. It was on the fourth floor. and even though there were less stains, the room smell was worse. Wallpaper was peeling and light bulbs were blown. The elevator was filthy, and the stained carpet was lifting up in the corners. We decided to take the stairs back down to the first floor however, we could not access the hotel because the door was locked. We went back up to the second floor to catch the elevator and if we thought the room smells were bad, the second floor hallway was worse.We literally had to cover our noses, it was that bad. I traveled over 12 hours to get to this hotel and thought I did my research. The photos online show a very nicely updated hotel however, those photos look nothing like either room we experienced. I asked for a refund and was offered an upgrade, free drinks and food for the entire stay. They could have given me the room for free and I still would not have accepted. I was provided with a refund receipt however, three weeks later, I am still waiting on my refund. As an IHG member, I am beyond disappointed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
