Quality Hotel with great staff
Mar 27th, 2020
Much better than the nearby embassy suites, and very friendly staff. Stayed here weekly for months as my child was treated at Johns Hopkins and dealing with Brandon was the best part of our day. Very accommodating and always friendly, could not ask for a better place to call home away from home. A couple times we had minor issues and Brandon remedied them very quickly! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Just like home...

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early so that our hair and makeup team could start working. Ms. Linita at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and very patient with my high anxiety in the moment. We were able to get dress, do glam and eat in a calming, clean, and comfortable environment. When we came back that night, Brandon greeted us as if it were 8am. Should I have to return to the city again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Friendly staff, clean, convenient, good price

The desk and kitchen/breakfast staff were uniformly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has recently been upgraded and is clean, bright and efficient. Located on a side street, there is no traffic noise and the hotel is convenient to Mount Vernon Square, the Peabody and Mercy Medical Center. Shateil, Linita, Brandon, Val and Melvina and manager Alicia deserve praise. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good place to stay!

Good location! Good environment! Fluent check in and out! The room is big and bright, and the equipments are handy. Really like the switch-controlled curtains and the dinning part! Quite thoughtful! And the friendly agents (one of them is Umah?) at the front desk really made my days! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice hotel, convenient location, don't waste your money on premium

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was clean and the hotel had a fairly convenient location. Our suite was close to the elevator, so we could hear lots of beeping but with the television on, I didn't mind so much. However, I paid an extra $20/night for a "premium" room. Basically I paid $20 for 3 bags of chips, some cookies, and a couple of sodas (for a family of 3, clearly stated on the reservation). That's why this hotel lost a star for me. There were hotels closer to the inner harbor at this premium rate, so due to me not receiving premium internet service, haggling with the few snacks I did receive, and not getting the late checkout promised in the booking (I got an extra 1.5 hours but most reviews for other hotels stated premium checkout time was 2pm) I feel like I wasted $40 on this room. I would stay again, but if I choose to pay "premium" price, I'll stay closer to the harbor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
