Stay away from that place! Marijuana smell and dirt are present almost everywhere!

The most horrible place to stay you can imagine! Mariujana smell almost everywhere on the floors and even inside your room because air condition spreads it from room to room! Staff sprays perfume instead of finding the person responsible! Parties almost every night, people give a sh.t about other peoples privacy! Door slamming, loud music, it seems that this hotel hast turned to an insider party place during Covid! Drunk people are not wearing masks when they are outside the rooms. Staff is unable to ensure calmness! Floors are always dirty, cleaning personell is overstrained. I won't be staying at this hotel again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Hotel - Poor Staff

The hotel is great. Good rooms, great location, and very clean. Something you would expect from a Hilton property. What you would not expect is rude, marginally helpful staff. Customer service is key in hospitality; this property is lacking in that area. Keeping in mind Covid, reduced numbers, I would have expected more. I have been staying at this property monthly, will continue because the property is perfect for me. Just don't expect anything more than checking in from the staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
No cleaning poor housekeeping

I recently visited here this past weekend. It was awful. I have zero confidence that the rooms are clean or even disinfected due to covid. My room was clearly smoked in both cigarettes and Marijuana. It also appears someone had a party, because there was tape on the ceiling glitter everywhere, and my son even found popped balloons and confetti under desk and sofa bed. Was missing soap, the table legs were falling off, cushions had stains and the bag for the sofa bed had a pillow no blanket no sheet a pillow. The room was just dirty all around poor experience they are clearly not keeping up on housekeeping or covid guidelines. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Have quite a few reasons as to why I am rating this hotel poorly. I booked this hotel for 3 nights. My significant other and I were accused of smoking in the room and we didn’t smoke. We were bombarded with loud banging on our door and the man pushed the door open saying how he needs to enter. He was an asian man (never identified himself or whom he was as to this hotel either)... he then told us how we needed to check out that we are not allowed to stay any longer. Instead of arguing with this abrupt and aggressive person... when we were very calm and the entire hotel room was clean made NO SENSE as to why we were being accused (we were staying for a long period of time and had our dog with us & we kept up with actually standard cleanliness especially due to Covid). I am still waiting on my refund. The way things were handled was EXTREMELY inappropriate, unprofessional and had unethical reasonings. Not to mention there was two hotel rooms across the hall who were partying all night. One of the nights we stayed, at 3:50am there was a drunk woman banging on our hotel room... I woke up and looked and opened the door and they disappeared!! I guess maybe we should of complained about them... but eh we didn’t because we don’t go around nagging. Another complaint of this hotel is- if you walk around the hotel... you hear everything going on from inside the rooms through the walls. You hear other’s conversations, their TV, if their is music playing, etc.. You feel you have privacy but clearly you don’t if I can hear everything from walking down the hallway. Another few reasonings for the poor rating: the bedding is horrible- doesn’t keep you warm and it’s merely just two sheets, the bathtub is very small and doesn’t hold water in the drain for a bath, the toilet barley can flush, and the front desk whenever you needed to speak with them they were very rude and would rush you off of the phone, there is no breakfast even though it states that they serve it, the prices for food at the concession stand is all over priced. I see that others have left reviews of the same complaints. They are all true!! Lastly- due to Covid... the pool/hot tub... it is reserved to one hotel room at a time and unfortunately you can only reserve it ONCE. With the amount that they charge to stay here... you would expect better service from staff and the room appliances. I’m sure that you can find better hotels. I’m extremely unhappy with the results of the stay and how the employees of this hotel handled their guests. Truly if you are interested in this hotel - just try to look at some others and actually get your money’s worth and enjoy your vacation stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good location, friendly staff, not really a breakfast

This is a decent example of a Homewood Suites, which is always a quality, affordable choice for a good overnight stay. While Covid cleanliness is greatly appreciated, the "grab-and-go" breakfast isn't quite a truthful marketing asset. An orange and a granola bar in a paper bag is OK. But call it what it is--a "thank you" snack during a pandemic. Either provide a little bit more or charge for breakfast and lower the rate for a stay. At the moment it's difficult not to choose other, less-expensive options within walking distance from this location. Like all of Long Island, enforcing mask wearing a bit more aggressively would be a tremendous life-saving measure for everyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
