The hotel is conveniently located and clean. However, my wife and I have stayed in several hotels during this pandemic and this was the FIRST one that didn't offer at least a take out breakfast of some sort. Also, though there was a coffee maker in the room there were no coffee cups of any kind. There were no plates or skillet as well. While I'm sure we could have had some if we asked, we were there for only one night so we improvised. Since there were no coffee cups we chose to get coffee in the lobby but the canisters weren't marked and were only moderately warm, though the flavor was very good. Also, though the hotel was obviously not even at 50% capacity when we asked for a diamond status upgrade the receptionist said there "none available", we suspect she didn't know how to change a room. The customer service of this hotel is top notch. Amazing Breakfast-Pre Covid. Great location and wonderful ammenities. The room was super clean and parking was easily excessable. We loved staying here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Needs A Good Scrubbing, And Remodel!

We are Hilton Diamond members, which means we've stayed in many Hilton properties. This hotel needs a refurbishment, which in itself, would not be so bad if it were cleaner. Our bathroom tile had dirt where the grout used to be. The entire room was just grimy. These are stressful times, during the COVID restrictions, however, this hotel did not even provide coffee in the morning, with the statement that it would be "cross-contamination". We traveled the US for another month after, staying in Hilton properties, and they managed to accommodate their guests, according to local restrictions. Soooo, I am saying, mostly, this hotel was just dirty. The rest can be overlooked. And, the traffic noise was loud. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We, along with another couple, were passing through with our travel trailers. The hotel is very nice with upgraded decor. Very pretty. Rooms were nice but the lock on our door (Room 130) was broken. Looked as if door was kicked in. Room shouldn’t be rented until lock is replaced. Also, I found a Bobby pin on my bathroom counter. Which means the bathroom was not well-cleaned. Disastrous in today’s COVID culture. Also, were told there were bags for breakfast, but they had run out completely when we went to get ours. We waited for 20 mins to grab breakfast bags but wouldn’t always have time to do so. They should know how many guests they have staying so it was odd that there were not enough. Management does not get back to you and doesn't follow policy

I had to cancel the day before my reservation. I was told that was fine and received a cancellation number. I received the following e-mail: BRADLEY, your reservation has been canceled. That's why we've adjusted our policy so that reservations can be changed or canceled free of charge, up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Whether you're traveling now or in the future, our flexible booking options and team members are ready to welcome you with the Hilton hospitality you've come to expect. Stay Dates: Jun-11-2020 - Jun-12-2020 Upon checking my credit card, I was charged the full rate for my stay. I called the hotel two days ago, and was told I cancelled to late and the manager would contact me. I have not been contacted. Pretty embarrassing given all that is going on right now. I constantly stay with Hilton, but I had one Marriott reservation and cancelled in the same time-frame and had no issues. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
