Very disappointed! Especially as a gold member. Upon arrival we digitally checked in looked at the floor plan to map out how to enter the hotel without too much interaction. Go to use key to open door and won’t open. I walk to front desk and the sliding door won’t open with out a key so I use my digital key and still won’t work so I have to press the button. Finally get in (my partner is still waiting by the door with our luggage at the other entrance) she tells me that we can’t use those doors to enter only to exit for our safety yet there were no signs explaining any of this! It’s cold we have luggage and digitally checked in to avoid all of this! She had no empathy! Then we get to our room and there is no seal on the door like all the other rooms that have been cleaned and I try to call down and the phone doesn’t work! The room is old and out dated! We were here for five nights and on two mornings they ran out of breakfast so we could only get coffee? Also twice at three in the morning there were people yelling in the hall way and I couldn’t call down to the front desk because the phone doesn’t work! This was the worst experience I have ever had at Hilton especially as a gold member and I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s around the world! I don’t think this is because of COVID if anything there are much less people here so the ability to monitor less people should provide for an even better experience since they now have way less guests? And then to run out of breakfast when you only have so many guests is beyond me! Like do you know how to calculate for how many guests are in the hotel? Because of COVID they make breakfast for you to take to your room so even more so your inventory of your guest would be easier? This property needs a lot of work there are home2 suites, Hampton inn, and Hilton garden inn in the exact same area. STAY AT THOSE INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Service was prompt, helpful and friendly. Food options during happy hour and complimentary breakfast did not have qualiy vegeratian/vegan options. Menu fairly limited. Heat/fan in room was very loud which made for a poor night's sleep TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Best Homewood Suites Ever!!!

My husband and I travel frequently, and always stay in HW Suites, where it is available. Of all the HW Suites in all the cities and states we have stayed in this one is the best one we have stayed in :-) The customer service here is amazing. The rooms are clean and homey. This hotel just seems cozy, and really is a home away from home. The breakfasts are amazing, and so are the socials Mon - Thursday. The attendants at both the breakfasts and socials keep everything neat and replenished. Our housekeeper Michelle was also amazing. When we arrived, she had left us a welcome note, and she kept our room refreshed throughout our 2 week stay. Thank you Michelle :-) I really didn't want to leave. You could easily get spoiled here. Our experience here was awesome, it was quiet clean we went out for a little bit didn’t have to travel far to get back. We slept great had a good breakfast in the morning and had a late checkout so we weren’t rushed at all to leave TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Our group was there for a couple weeks and I was very impressed with what the hotel provided. The shuttles from the airport were very important for us and were efficient and on time. It was a very nice cozy stay and every day there was different breakfast options. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
