THANK YOU -- TOMMY, LOGAN, CHARITY AND DAVID...!!!

What an incredible staff GM David has going here – and we should know, since this was our 3rd visit here in the past year. Two of those stays in the “virus days” but this Homewood still keeps as much going as possible. The fitness room (free weights, scale, water dispenser) is open by appointment, breakfast is a Grab ‘n Go – but coffee is there in the lobby for you, from 5 a.m. on. Ice machine near Room 108, Laundry ($2 wash, $2 dry) near Room 225. The pool is sparkling clean with lovely surroundings and very popular with guests. Screened windows open for a breeze. Walmart is across the street, Costco a couple blocks away. And if any little thing in your room goes wrong (it rarely does), Maintenance Supervisor Tommy is on call. He even has his own office/workroom on the 3rd floor, so whatever is needed is on hand and he takes care of you with a wonderful smile. Beautiful Charity at the Front Desk will absolutely make your day. Good show, David! See you next time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Tired rooms and getting verbally attacked in elevator!
Aug 10th, 2020
Terrible. First room the toilet flooded the room then I was verbally assaulted by a man in the elevator management did nothing! Then a few days later the same man verbally assaulted my daughter and management did nothing so we called Knoxville police and they did nothing When we informed the desk we would not be staying the remaining two weeks they didn’t care. Done with a Hilton and don’t waste your time with this tired place TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

No problems with room or bed. Air conditioning worked well. Days were 95-100 degrees during our stay. Note that there is no handheld shower head, and shower head is a bit finicky. Room had 1/2 roll toilet paper for a 3 night stay. 🙄 We asked at check in what time the pool closes, 10pm. Scheduled everything on our last day so we could come back and use pool at 8pm. Went to pool, it’s locked. Sign says it closes at 10pm. We had to go to the front desk to find out it closed at 7pm. Low rating due to this. It just pissed me off after 3 days of extreme temps and a lot of walking. 😡 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Unclean and unsafe
Jul 5th, 2020
I've already submitted my feedback directly to Hilton and they have responded, however, I felt the need to share it here. We stayed here in mid-June for one night. Our room was close to the pool and the side entry door that should have been accessible via a key was fully unlocked at 10 pm so anyone could walk in. The hotel had a smell and the room was one of the dirtiest Hilton properties, I have ever stayed in. (1) The walls and doors had grime, (2) the water had a smell, even our dog didn't want to drink it, (3) the bedspread had a bloodstain on it, (4) the room we had on the first floor was facing the highway and the road noise was so loud you couldn't sleep. The only nice thing about this hotel was the person working the front desk. Stay with caution. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Average Stay, Room Not Clean Enough
Jun 25th, 2020
We were traveling home and decided to stay the night in Knoxville. We had just stayed in a Homewood Suites the night before in Lexington and was highly impressed with the actions they took due to COVID-19 so we decided to choose another Homewood Suites. This location in Knoxville was disappointing comparatively. I went into the room ahead of my family to wipe down highly touched areas...it was NOT clean. The cabinets had something yellow on them, each time I wiped door handles & light switches, a lot of dirt came off. The hotel in Lexington was SPOTLESS, couldn't even find dust. Knoxville location was obviously not as concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, this hotel room looked as if it had seen better days. Tearing in the carpet, banged up furniture, older appliances, etc. The breakfast they offered was in a paper bag consisting of a granola bar, smashed muffin, a bottle of water and you could choose a piece of fruit. At the hotel in Lexington, they offered a hot breakfast that someone would prepare for you. Front desk was not required to wear a mask. At one point I saw a maintenance guy walking around with no shoes on. He had on a Homewood Suites professional shirt. The beds were nice and so were the towels but the walls were thin. I could hear people getting out of bed above us in the morning. I will mention that all staff was very friendly and accomodating. However, because of things mentioned above, I wouldn't stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
