Lack of COVID signage,

Very disappointed with this hotel. Having stayed in other Hilton properties where they had COVID signage , there was none here apart from 6 foot at elevator. Didn’t make us feel good and even less when our room was filthy and we had to move to another. There were signs of wear and tear but I will focus less on those given hard times on hotels right now TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Water damage in home- had to stay

On July 4th my main drain line in home decided to back up. We could not turn the water on because all the water backed up in the pipes. Of course on the 4th of July it was hard to get someone out to fix this. Unfortunately no one could fix the problem we had to wait until Tuesday. So on Sunday we checked in to this Hilton. Best part was the customer service, the room was not bad, hotel a little outdated but clean. Pool was closed I assume due to Covid 19 but after I checked in I found out that the Embassy Suites right next door had their pool open. Lobby was hot, room clean. They did give me an upgrade to a bigger room because the room I booked online was not available. Worse part of my stay was that the elevator broke while my daughter was on it. She panicked and was screaming/yelling before they were able to get her off. That elevator remained out of use the rest of our stay. I would probably stay again if necessary but may try the Embassy Suites next door first. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Could use updating but COVID safe

The staff did a great job following COVID precautions and we truly appreciated signage to guide guests regarding masks and distancing. It would be helpful for staff to stay updated as to what restaurants were open or having sit down service, especially on Main Street. Our room was in need of updating, specifically the bathroom area. The shower door was in style back in the 60s! But the room was clean and spacious. There was no hot breakfast despite the signage. Only wrapped fruit (smart idea!) and bagels/toast. These are strange times but this is a good, safe choice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not a good stay

we stayed for 5 days .Biggest probblem was room wasn't clean. Pool was closed for all 5 days. Free breakfast Wifi Lobby was good. Evening snacks and Gathering were there. Breakfast has options. Thanks #AwaraGhumakkad TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Comfy but needs a facelift

We stayed here before touring UD. The suite was so much bigger than we expected and very clean! We had a king bedroom, a room with 2 queen beds, 2 baths, kitchen, living area. There were 3 large TVs, too. The price can’t be beat! A few upgrades would go a long way. It needs fresh paint, new furniture (a few stains, rips), new tub (cracked) but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
