Don’t trust their word

Nov 22nd, 2020

Everything was great, even during the pandemic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they told me that I would get my deposit back for the nights I spent there, after I finished my stay. I never did get it back, even after calling them several times and them telling I should relieved it with in a couple of days after I left. Don’t trust their word on anything they say! There are better options in Seattle if you have a car

Nov 13th, 2020

The hotel is sandwiched between a busy intersection and a freeway - during our stay there was construction going on one night. It was impossible to sleep. The suites are spacious and staff are welcoming. However check your Bill as we had an error. The biggest reason I wouldn’t return is the ridiculous parking situation. There are not enough spots for all guests and this is not a neighborhood you want to walk around late at night searching for parking. The parking is incredibly tight and hard to find a spot (we had a compact car) with hotel access only on 2 of the 6 floors. The digital key - great during COVID- doesn’t work on the parking so you have to park in one of the 10 minute spots if available, then go to the desk to get a key, checkin (we did this online) and get a parking permit. Our suite was a bit old and tired but spotless. We had many problems while staying here but management fixed most of them. However, this was not a restful stay by any means. I am a Hilton Diamond member and there are just far better options in Seattle. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing Find in Downtown Seattle

Oct 10th, 2020

Love, love, love this hotel! Great staff, especially the full-time 3p-11p lady - she's a natural at hospitality. As a former manager of several departments in a prestigious property in Montana, I've developed an eye for those who have the knack. She has it in spades. I was here for about 5 days and loved everything about it: the layout, ample stairs to different amenities within the building (not big on elevators), parking garage is easy access (though I hate paying for parking... Next time I'll just use a park-n-ride), close to everything that I love about Seattle, easy access to downtown and Capital Hill, the Freeway Park is right across the street and is a great little spot to hang out. Will definitely be back. Kudos on a great, affordable property. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice place for extended stay.

Oct 5th, 2020

Because of the pandemic, we didn't know if we would have options for dining in, so we wanted a place with room for in-room dining. This hotel went the extra mile to make sure all precautions were adhered to. We felt safe and were secured that the room was clean and sanitized. Would stay again, without hesitation. Excellent all around, breakfast a nice touch during COVID

Aug 25th, 2020

Good COVID protocols, large suites, awesome TVs, friendly staff (especially Roderick the breakfast guy) and not going to take a star off for some traffic noise. If you're a white noise type person at night it's actually better than dead silence. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
