The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and very nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. Due to Covid the cafeteria was closed so breakfast was not available. The location of the hotel is on the corner of Hey.76 and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. The location is only 3 miles from SDC. There is shopping and a multitude of restaurants nearby. no fridge no microwave, sold out of drinks in vending machine. staff was nice but one lady gave us the wrong room. slow wifi. clean room. wish i could reccomend but i dont. outdated. idk what else to say i didnt like it very much. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Not ADA compliant

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog . They refused service to me stating that they would not allow pets. I explained ADA and told them that he was a medical device that alerts me to my medical condition and has over 30,000 dollars worth of training in him.They came back and said that they would allow me to stay with my service dog for a $250 charge TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Another Wonderful Weekend in Branson!!

Nice, Clean, comfortable facility! Excellent grounds with lots of grass. Nice outdoor pool. Rooms are well appointed with plenty of towels unlike most motels where You are lucky to have two towels. The shower is powerful and there is no end to the hot water for a sore back! Christine and Paulette will insure You stay is Great!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel has one indoor pool & a hot tub, with a outdoor pool as well. Vending machine with soda in the pool area, and a laundry room. Free-complimentary breakfast served, but was closed due to COVID-19. Room was very clean, with a tv and a bunch of channels. Very family-friendly. Free WiFi, given to you at check-in & a map of Branson, with a list of things to do. Very nice staff! Handi-cap parking. Soda machines also on every floor of the hotel. Very quiet at night, and pool & hot tub are open till 11. Will definitely stay here again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
