Simple, friendly and modern hotel!

Jan 19th, 2020

Stayed here for Saturday night weekend break. Nice modern room, very clean. We looked out onto a main road and thought this would be a noise issue but not a sound all night. Also the pizza restaurant downstairs looked quite busy- would have defo checked that out if we’d been there longer. Mattress was sooo comfy! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

In the heart of Btuxelles

a non traditional place to stay, entering from the Italian restaurant and with a Piaggio three wheeler at the reception. An overall good experience I would say, in my small but confortable room with perfectly working facilities TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice clean room and friendly, courteous staff

Oct 23rd, 2019

The room was nice and clean. I found the overall staff to be very friendly and most courteous. One of the staff members, Lori, was kind enough to secure a reservation for me at a Michelin rated restaurant. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice quiet hotel in the city center

Aug 21st, 2019

The hotel is getting renovated but the rooms are already new and very clean. Free croissants and coffee! Also very good location, just a few minutes walk to the great place and old Town. Although due to renovation some things did not work (doorbell) and construction work is going on. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nothing I didn't like...!

Jul 24th, 2019

Stayed last weekend for 1 night by myself. I am in Brussels at least once a month and even though I usually stay in more luxurious places when I come with my partner, I tend to look for 'more basic' places when I am just by myself and like to try different hotels (that I return to when they are nice enough). I will definitely return here as it ticked all my boxes! Great room (was upgraded to a room with a large bed even though I booked a single room) with a new, comfortable bed, compact but functional contemporary bathroom and great air conditioning (I find this very important and it is very rare in Brussels hotels!). Front desk staff was really nice and friendly and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Location is great. Within walking distance to the old town / Grand Place / nightlife and with a few nice eating/drinking options on the square in front of the hotel. Soundproofing of the room was good, I didn't hear any street noise while I was asleep, even though it was a busy Saturday summer night... The style of the hotel is what I would call trendy Industrial with a few nice design touches (like the Bertoia chairs in the lobby). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant yet (renovations haven't been completed, only about half of the hotel is open at this time) and offered free coffee and croissants in the morning to make up for this. A nice gesture. I will definitely check availability here first when I come back to Brussels next time before I check other options. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
