We visited the Adler hotel in mid-June. There are hardly any words to describe this charming hotel in the heart of the beautiful Ortisei. I will start with the service. We had some difficulties to find the way to the hotel's address so we called the hotel and a nice receptionist did everything to guide us, once we did arrived we immediately got an assistance to bring the suitcases to our rooms (we had 7 suitcases) Now , the hotel is stunning and very clean , the food is delicious , the thermal baths cut you off from all the stress, and the outdoor pool is beautiful with magnificent panoramic view . dinner was rich with varied menu, all the waiters were very smiley, responsive and friendly (I remember especially kind Yelena), bottom line this hotel is much recommended , we will definitely be happy to come back again! Deserves 7 star rating

Absolute value for money, I wouldn't mind paying additional 50% for the stay and experience. The actual resort appears much better than the pictures. Facilities were way above my expectations. Highly recommended for senior citizens who want to relax and even for families with kids. Breakfast and Lunch: Food is superior quality, standards are very high. Restaurant ambience is truly 5 star. Dinner was served by professional staff. The spa facilities are really high standard. Pool and lounge area is very refreshing and relaxing. View from the resort is just amazing. I will stay here again for sure. I have also been telling my friends about this resort. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

City landmark

May 28th, 2019

High standart hotel with lots of good things, and few bad ones. First of all, try to get rooms with the west view. Otherwise you will be hearing church bells every morning from lets say 8 am or 9 am. So if you wanna sleep little bid longer after long trip or biking, you will hear this and its not a pleasant sound. Even if the window is fully closed. Bad thing is, that they close whole wellness area at 8pm. Terrible thing, considering the fact, that during summer months its still full visibility outside, and you cannot use pools, saunas, nothing. Not to mention having a swim in the evening is very nice. Also the service - I would expect better in classy hotel like this one. Reception works 100 percent, however restaurant doesn't. Sometimes staff there was bid confused and not speaking necessarily english very well in some cases. But still, even with those glitches its still iconic hotel with tradition, hospitality, nice wellness area and fabulous cousine. Half-board top notch and you can rent electric bike for free, get ticket for cabin fo free and bus transport ticket for free. Pretty amazing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Adler Hotel and Spa Ski Holiday

May 1st, 2019

This was our best holiday in my families memory - the Hotel was so personalizing, comfortable, historic, and ideal for our teenagers - they want us to book there for every following Spring Break! The breakfast and dinners are so well done - soooo much to choose from, all freshly made, organic and healthy - very good wine suggestions from the sommelier, and my sons ordered the “apres-ski” special drink which the bartender made custom, nightly. And then about Thaddeus, the decades-experienced local guide- amazing, engaging, safe, friendly, and super helpful getting us organized for a helicopter tour, and daily fun Ski tours of the Dolomites, varying each day to a different area to experience. The Spa itself is Devine, with cavelike, multiple levels of herbal showers, waterfalls, saunas, steam baths, salt-spa, tickley bubble experiences that are so welcoming after an invigorating day of skiing. We are already booked in for next year! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Family Getaway

Apr 13th, 2019

Adler resort is the perfect combination for families who likes to keep the mix of leisure, town walks, skiing, hiking. The lovely town has everything you need, from lovely ski apparels shops, and local crafts. The family room we got was huge, and very comfortable, with heaters even in the seats before the shower. All modern, new beddings and furniture. I enjoy specially the yoga classes, and the meditation hiking , as there was not much snow when we arrived. Dinners are something special, one day of the week there is the spectacular buffet with local specialities. Cucine is refined. Luckily days after the snow came back as full season to go back skiing.
