Staying in the heart of Warsaw

Jan 15th, 2020

A two night stay was comfortable and restful. It’s a pleasant boutique hotel with all necessities. Location is perfect, service is discreet. It was really pleasant to stay in a place where I felt almost at home due to the small room numbers provided. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Business Dinner

Excellent private room and very nice service. Modest portions but quite nice really. Great location in old town Warsaw. Hard to tell if expensive by local standards but terribly reasonable by US ones. Totally worth it TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I have joined charity party what the hotel hosted 14.12. I have been treated disrespectfully by violent polish lady with atittude of the tank driver who claimed to be responsible for hotel run and who mismatched me with member of her team I guess. I have never met such a human dummy in my life. I am sorry for her colleagues and people dealing with her. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly not recommended. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Bellotto

Nov 10th, 2019

We visited Warsaw in May 2019 and chose Hotel Bellotto for our first ever trip to Poland. We were not disappointed, it was an elegant and quiet 5 star hotel just a couple of blocks walk from the Royal Castle square. Although we spent only 3 days, we made full use of the surroundings going around, easily accessible for taxis and Uber. 24 hour mini market round the corner, Breakfast was decent, not a big spread but all necessities were provided. Room was clean and comfortable. The concierge was excellent and on short notice booked a private tour for our family of 3 to Krakow & Auschwitz. We left wanting to stay longer in Warsaw. Wish we could have had the opportunity to spend and utilize more facilities of the hotel. Hope to be able to return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Horribly treated

Oct 10th, 2019

Supposedly one of the best hotels in Warsaw... I would never recommend it. Ever since we arrived, nobody seemed to have any interest in us. It took us half an hour to do the check in, and there was nobody before us! The people at the reception almost ignored us. The didn't even tell us where breakfast was or at what time. Remember, we are talking about a 5 star super expensive hotel... The worst was the fact that there was a party going on throughout the day, and it continued throught the night. It was a first communion or something like that, but there were people coming in and out of the hotel all the time. As the day went past, you could see people getting more and more drunk. On the next morning, there were empty alcohol bottles all over the ground and windows just outside the reception. For our surprise, the bottles were still there by lunch time!! Next to the cars, next to the front door of the hotel!! Very bad experience overall. The rooms were nice, but the distribution of the hotel is very strange, everything is spread out, the restaurant is narrow and very small in size. This hotel is mainly prepared to do weddings and other kinds of parties for a short term stay, not to enjoy it. We were doubting on Bellotto or Hotel Bristol. When we walked by Bristol we knew we had made a mistake. We went to have dinner at the restaurant of Hotel Bristol and it was wonderful. Staying at Hotel Bellotto was the only bad experience of a wonderful trip to a wonderful country. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
