We stayed there for 3 nights before beginning a tour of the Balkans.The room was very nice and comfortable.However, unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and were told the air-conditioning was not working because of the "covid 19" which meant that our room was rather hot.Delighted to find a kettle in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we required. There is a tram stop very near the hotel and it's just 3 stops to the centre.( It's rather a long walk during a heatwave !!!! ) TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Stayed in Soho boutique hotel in Budapest Staff very friendly and helpful They took time explaining sights to see and offered advise The hotel was very nice breakfast offered a good selection of good and drinks. Rooms were cleaned everyday and comfortable I looked the shower it was so environing The staff were excellent and made the hotel feel homely TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Thoroughly enjoyed this excellent hotel 26th Feb to 02nd March 2020. There were 5 of us in two rooms on the fifith floor. Very quiet and good size rooms that had excellent showers. I very much enjoyed the breakfast with delicious bread, 4 jams/marmalades cooked breakfast, fruit, good coffee and hams and cheeses. One night we had 2 bottles of Bulgarian Cabernet Sauvignon (Pixels) at 22 lev or £10 a bottle! The staff were 1st class. I recommend coming here. 180 metres from a tram stop. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Great little hotel, handy for rail and bus station and 15-20 mins from Ul. Vitosha with plenty of bus/tram connections nearby. Fairly priced especially for the quality of rooms, with good quality fittings and a comfortable bed, even a couple of English language TV channels! Staff were all exceptionally helpful and breakfasts were varied, plentiful and not rushed, thanks to sensible times. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Lovely quiet hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were nicely decorated and were very clean. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast and the hotel itself is only a short walk from the center of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
