Hotel Chaco is amazing!

Oct 14th, 2020

We stayed overnight at hotel Chaco on a road trip back to California. What an amazing hotel! We arrived late and Nate greeted us and gave us extraordinary service. Nate went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us get settled. He was a breath of fresh air. We tried to find him the following morning to thank him but, he was gone already. He deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee! The room was extremely clean and perfect size For our family of 4. I look Forward to Coming to visit this hotel again on our next road trip. I wouldn’t even consider Staying anywhere else in Albuquerque 😊 thanks hotel Chaco! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great drinks on the roof!

Oct 10th, 2020

A friend and I had drinks on the roof and we had incredible service from EJ! EJ was amazing. We drank one of his specialty drinks, the Biscochito, and it was delicious. I had a wonderful time, and EJ took outstanding care of us! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Old Town Albuquerque Hotel.

Oct 2nd, 2020

I have been going to Albuquerque several times a year on business for over 30 years. I have stayed at virtually every major hotel in this city. Hotel Chaco is by far the nicest in the city. Beautiful lobby and lower business level. Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, extremely clean, and a bonus of a fifth story outdoor deck and very nice bar. The appetizers I had here were excellent. My room rate was under 200$/ night. Somewhat high by Albuquerque standards, but a steal as compared to other cities hotels. Truly a five star hotel. Loved the Hotel

Sep 29th, 2020

Staff friendly, everyone wears a mask. The rooms have a cleanliness seal on the door. Our Deluxe King with balcony was perfect for us. Lot's of room. There is a beautiful food pavilion across the street. They had at least 18 food locations. Outdoor and indoor seating. Beautiful selections of wines, drinks, food, desserts, etc. Included were Italian, Spanish, Mexican, beef, salads, and healthy choices, too. Drinks, coffees, and pastries, and chocolates. Opened for breakfast lunch, and dinner. We choose to eat there for dinner and breakfast. The hotel had a beautiful restaurant/bar on the rooftop. The scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend have dinner or at least a drink. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Got double charged for one person, one night stay and was refused refund

Sep 19th, 2020

The hotel itself was okay but trying to get any kind of assistance from management to refund a duplicate charge was impossible. I unknowingly booked through a third party and was double charged. I immediately tried to rectify the situation with the hotel. I never was able to speak with anyone from Hotel Chaco. They finally responded to a negative review on Facebook and suggested I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent did try to refund me but stated that "upon contacting the hotel partner and explaining the situation, the hotel did not agree to process any refund. The hotel has elected to abide strictly by the hotel cancelation policy". I didn't cancel anything and am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. There are much better choices for nice Hotels and inns in Albuquerque. I would NOT recommend Hotel Chaco! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
