Good Care

Mar 1st, 2020

If travelling on a budget but you need a place at a convenient location, this is the best catch. Rooms are small but clean. My time was mostly spent outside touring, therefore, didn't feel much about the room being small. The best point to note is that the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see how enthusiastic they were on guest handling. They are fluent in all main Euro languages. I saw some of the elderly guests felt quite at ease speaking to them and clearing up their concerns. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location, wonderful staff

Feb 26th, 2020

Perfectly located for walkinv, for transit, and for trains for day trips. The rooms are simple but clean and very comfortabe. The staff was wonderful...friendly, attentive, with just enough of a personal touch to know they pay attention! Loved the place (and the price). We went based on a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location close to Metro,Good breakfast, small room

Feb 22nd, 2020

Aprox. 35 minutes metro + walk to the hotel from the airport makes this a better option than being stuck at an airport hotel if you need to overnight in Lisbon between flights.(metro tickets can be bought from machines at the airport metro station + instructions on google) The hotel is close to Rossio Square with many restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is seven stories, with elevator,it is clean and modern with a good buffet breakfast in a casual and busy dining area. The buffet had a good variety with the usual selections including boiled eggs. Our room on the 6th floor was quite small with little room to move around and no room for even a proper chair. The toilet and sink are in a separate closet sized room. The shower is a good size but there is no privacy because the glass shower door opens into the main room. The shower head was too low for me and the water pressure was hairy adequate. The bed was a double size and comfortable, the tv had a few english channels. The room lighting is a bit odd. The staff were very friendly and there is a left luggage space to leave bags. For the price it was overall good value. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Delightful hotel on every level

Feb 12th, 2020

Best breakfasts ever with everything really fresh and top of the range. Lovely staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. Stylish rooms, with shutters, excellent showers, complimentary bottle of water, free WiFi, clever lighting, Juliet balconies which open to allow in fresh air and many have extremely pleasant outlooks across beautiful period buildings. Great hotel

Stayed here for three nights in January. Location is fantastic 50m from metro from airport and we walked everywhere from hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast was very good in mornings loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in Lisbon TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
