Had an amazing experience at breakfast. The chef was friendly and accommodating to me being vegan and the service staff was so friendly. We were waited on by Victoria and she was so helpful, giving us navigation help and a personal experience. The warmest environment. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Atlanta for leisure and want to see the downtown sites. It is walking distance from all of the downtown attractions. There is a MARTA station right next to the hotel and the street car is within blocks. The Peachtree Center Hub is across the street with lots of fast food options and some shopping. The hotel was full but still very quiet. You would expect to hear more noise from the outside, since it is downtown, but it was very quiet. The room was large and the bathroom was gorgeous. I loved the tiled floors throughout the room. It makes the room feel cleaner. The entire hotel was very clean, as there was someone cleaning all levels all day. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions. The valet staff were great also. The took our bags from the car to the front desk and even helped load them when we left. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Stay! Ask for Delano!

We've stayed at many other hotels in the area and this by far has been the best experience. Delano was incredibly helpful, the bar is great to unwind, and the hotel is so conveniently located. Hotel Indigo is a must stay when in Atlanta! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Modern & Affordable Luxury

There are two important things I desire at a hotel: great rooms & convenient location. This property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is right outside Atlanta's public transit subway and adjacent to a 24-hour CVS and the "Hub" - a major below-surface eatery & shopping center. The elevator setup isn't ideal (and annoying) because there is a need to transfer elevators to get to the rooms (for better security I'm assuming). The property seems business-minded so the fitness center is very basic and there is no pool/spa to relax in. I'd stay at this property again if I need to be in downtown Atlanta. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Excellent stay, excellent service

We stayed here one night before an appointment at the adjacent passport office and, wow, I wish we could've stayed longer. The room was great: quiet, very clean; modern and luxurious shower and bathroom; beds super-comfy. View from our window was non-existent, but you wouldn't expect that in downtown Atlanta anyway, not what we were going for. We wanted convenience, which we got - plus so much more. Everyone working there - check-in, waiters, valets, all were fantastic, provided great service. Especially helpful were James and Ashley at the front desk. Thank you so much for making a stressful overnight for our appointment feel like a vacation! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
