Great stay awesome access to shops and food

Super clean hotel room and really clean gym. Awesome hotel with access to restaurants, stores right out of the hotel. If I come back to Atlanta this will be where I stay! They had a colouring and wine event in the hotel that was awesome and free! They have events like this randomly so awesome! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good & not so good
Feb 20th, 2020
Hotel Indigo is in a great location and the lobby and rooms are quite nice. The front desk and valet staff were all very friendly, the rooms were a good size and the bed was comfy. I would stay here again, but there are a few things worth noting: 1. The decorative pillow had black marks/stains on it 2. I booked a room which included valet but was charged again for valet on my final bill. 3. One of the reading lights over the bed didn't work 4. The speaker on the alarm clock that you can supposedly lay your phone on to amplify music didn't work None of these individually are deal breakers, and the front desk adjusted my bill. Valet is $45 as an FYI. It is higher than other hotels in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing Customer Service
Feb 8th, 2020
I travel to Atlanta to buy for my boutique 4-6 times a year. I love staying at the Indigo but this last time, everything was booked. I ended up getting a reservation at the Holiday in Express on Cone St. I was unhappy with the accomodations on the first night at the Holiday Inn. I immediately went to the Indigo the next morning and spoke to Thomas who found me a room for the following 3 nights. He literally jumped through hoops to accomodate me and everytime I stay at the Indigo the service is outstanding. I had one experience that the front desk asked me if I need airport transportation and I said I was going to call for a lyft. He asked me if I knew of the Marta and he escorted me down to the train station. I will never Lyft again to the airport. This front desk person went above and beyond! I cannot say enough about Thomas and I have come to call him the "Hotel god". If he sees this review...he will know immediately who wrote this. He is an incredible asset to your hotel and I wish more customer service people were like him. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Really Nice Hotel but Overpriced
Jan 31st, 2020
We just spent three nights at the Indigo Hotel downtown. There are many nice things about this hotel as noted below but it was over priced for what you get and parking at $45 is outrageous. We reserved in advance and paid $249 a night (conventions were in town) but on line they were offering the rooms for $199. The location is great attached to the Atlanta Mart and in the heart of everything. HIGHS -Staff really friendly and helpful -Bed very comfortable but cover sheets too small to fully cover duvet -Great blackout curtains -Gret shower with strong flow and hot hot water -Easy to find switches for lights and lots of outlets -Good security (2 elevators needed to get to room) -Connected to the Mart so never need to go outside LOWS -Very expensive parking and public parking available for $18 within steps -No refrigerator in room -There is some vibrations from the adjacent subway during the day -Hallway doors slam loudly -WIFI is good but does not stay connected very long and you need to keep signing in -Hotel "store" does not have good selection of anything but CVS across street has everything TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
