I understand that we're in a COVID time. But we paid good money to stay 4 days at this property. On the plus side it is a great location. I appreciate businesses taking steps to keep us safe, but I think the Hotel Indigo may have cost savings motives. Absolutely no housekeeping during your stay. You have to manage your supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, trash removal, towels, etc.) by going to the desk and requesting these items. It became cumbersome such that I didn't want to complain about the non-working internet or air conditioner). The cleaning staff is still working, but only on room change-overs (and guess what - they don't wear PPE like the guests are required to - that was weird). I understand it's COVID times but actions even during COVID will have consequences. We normally stay in the Highland Hampton Inn. Still a good location and they continue housekeeping (on an every other day basis). My point is, I understand that these are weird times, but we're still consumers --- and I'll probably choose not to try the Indigo again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service provided by Chandelier at check in, what could have been a frustrating experience became a fantastic experience. Have Been Waiting Over a Month for Refund

I had a hotel room booked the first week of April which I prepaid for. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to cancel the room (I think the hotel was shut down even during this time frame). I contacted IHG and the hotel directly and was told to wait until May 11 for accounting to be back and refund. I reached out again on May 13 and they told me a manager would reach out. I have not heard anything additional and have still not received a refund. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Just ok for an Indigo

While the front desk service was great, they were very unprepared for the amount of people in the hotel. No blankets, sheets or pillows. Our room was only half way serviced everyday, had to call for coffee, clean cups & water bottles. Not a typical Indigo experience. Very over priced for our "play & stay" TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Hotel, but overnight parking was ridiculous $40 per night

The Hotel and rooms were great, and the service was friendly. We did not eat at the hotel due to the high prices of the restaurant. Overnight parking was ridiculous. If you spend that kind of money for a hotel room, the parking should have been discounted. I know that parking may be a premium downtown, but, that's not our fault. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
