Perfect location and excellent amenities.

Jan 28th, 2020

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Eternal City. The hotel’s location is central to all main attractions but in a very quiet street close to Piazza Navona. Beautiful decor, excellent service, friendly professional staff. Great restaurant and above all a comfortable room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel, just don't eat anything but breakfast

Jan 26th, 2020

Great location, high levels of service, comfortable rooms and a rooftop bar that's great for drinks. I really enjoyed my stay here and would probably return. So why mixed feelings? I'm still (months later) amazed by the price and the quality of the sandwiches we had on the rooftop and am still joking about them with colleagues. Hopefully this was just a bad "chef" day but they were overpriced and terrible and served with stale crisps. One sandwich had been cut into quarters but only three were on the plate. What happened to the fourth quarter? "This is how it's served" we were told. So overall a great stay, recommended but don't eat there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing Service - Tutto Perfetto!

Jan 18th, 2020

Everything was perfect! Ovietta was there to greet us and her customer service was the cherry on top of a great stay. My family’s first time in Rome was a delight due to the great facilities and clean rooms at the location. I cannot speak highly enough of what Ovietta and the rest of the staff meant to our stay. Will definitely recommend all our coworkers and friends look at this location when planning a trip to Rome. The location and the Roman baths were also an amazing treat along with the rooftop bar. My dad enjoyed the aesthetic and view from the rooftop bar. Grazie mile per tutto!!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel, lovely staff

Jan 16th, 2020

I travelled to Rome in September 2019 on a girls trip and had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo. We cam to Rome to primarily sight see and we found the Hotel Indigo to be ideal for this. We spoke with the hotel prior to friable and they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport - we got our bags and the driver was there waiting in arrivals. We arrived around 3pm, necked into our room and headed upstairs to the roof top bar to get the first Aperol Spritz of the trip in. The roof top bar was beautiful and since the weather was so good it was lovely it sit outside in the sun. The room itself was beautiful. It was spacious, great storage, good access to sockets & mirrors, comfortable beds and soft furnishings with really quirky decor. We found the location to be great for us. It’s in a quiet little street in a sedate neighbourhood within walking distance to the Vatican and the coliseum. There is also stops near to the hotel for the hop on hop off bus tour. The hotel provides a great breakfast with a brilliant selection of meats, cheese, breads, fruits, vegetables, hot food and pastries. There is also Prosecco which is a lovely touch. Every member of staff we met was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area giving plenty of good tips to make the most of your break. I will definitely be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Right in a Serene Neighbourhood of Rome

Dec 31st, 2019

Like all Hotel Indigos, this hotel is right in a quiet neighbourhood of Rome but that also means you have to travel a little farther from the train terminal and other major attractions of Rome. However, the Vatican City is within walking distance. If you choose the right route, you should be seeing St Peter's Basilica after walking 15 minutes. This can be very helpful if you want to beat the lines early in the morning to enter the Vatican museum and St Peter's Basilica. If you are coming from the Roma Termini, drop off along C. So Vittorio Emmanuele (Tassoni) and there are a few stops along Vittorio Emmanuele so must look out for Tassoni stop. See pictures attached for the bus services. There is also a nearby bus stop called Acciaioli which can take you to the central part of Rome for the attractions. The TV channels are all news or local entertainment in Italian. The movie channels are dubbed in Italian so it can be quite a bummer for me. The bed is very comfortable and I especially love the little sofa under the window. You can sit on it and enjoy the cool breeze from outside while reading or watching TV. Also, in the bathroom, there is a heater which is designed to hang your clothes. I kept my undergarments and socks there overnight and it feels so good to wear some warm clothes the next morning. The heater works independently so even when you leave the room and the supply of power is turned off, it is still running. There is a big safe above the small fridge. Do be careful that the door of the safe will not close when it is not locked. When you close the door of the closet, the door of the safe will hit the door of the closet, and that make you jump a little. May want to hold the safe door shut before closing the closet. There is a Carrefour express at the main street where I bought most of my cheap meals and beverages. So for a budget traveller like me, it is a good option. There is a small pool (which looks more like a jacuzzi pool to me) and a very small gym in the basement. Bring your gear if you want to exercise. Do check out the terrace too if you want some nice night shots and sunset shots. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
