This Hotel is very clean and fresh. The lobby is modern and the rooms are nice. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hardwood floors and large bathrooms are excellent. I would advise that you bring your own bottled water because they have several bottles in the room but they are pricey. The beds and linen are clean and comfortable. We didn’t try restaurant because there is an In n Out Burger very close. The hotel is very close to the Silos, Nifas Mexican Food and a row of food trucks. Some reviews mention that the trains going by at night awoke them. We were on the side of the tracks and were never bothered by the trains and were able to rest. I highly recommend this hotel. Visiting all things Magnolia? Don't hesitate--this is the best place to stay!

We got to Waco around 6 pm and there were still many places to park at this hotel. We checked in with no issues and were so pleasantly surprised with the room and it's view! The hardwood floors are such a welcome change from standard hotel carpeting and made the room look even larger. The beds and pillows were new and comfortable. Coffee maker, television, desk--all wonderful. The bathroom! Oh my goodness! The large counter top, the walk in shower with stone tiles--I need to renovate mine at home now!! We did visit the bar and sat outside. We ordered some items that were different, like lemon lavender cosmo, mohito with berries, and flaming cherries and ice cream. Disappointed that the dessert wasn't flaming on arrival--waiter said, "Oh, we don't do THAT!" LOL So much space and newness--great place to stay. Easy walk to silos and short 7 min. drive to Magnolia Table. We swam in the pool before we hit the road again. Even tho the power went out around 11 am, due to neighborhood construction, we just waited a bit and they relaxed our checkout time. We loved our stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
great proximity to silos district

My daughter and spent two nights here on an august 2019 visit to waco to experience all things Magnolia. Really nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Walking distance to the Magnolia Silos. Nice outdoor pool which was refreshing on a 100 degree day. Nice that the pool is covered so you're out of the sun. onsite bar is convenient but pricey. a glass of pino grigio and a beer set us back $17, $20 with tip. The restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. complimentary coffee with flavored creamers and cold lemon water is a nice touch in the lobby. Decent value. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Excellence in Waco

Hotel Indigo provided outstanding customer service. It provides modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. Their restaurant's service and food was particularly noteworthy. The food was prepared to perfection with exquisite presentations. The hotel is minutes away from Baylor University and anyone attending a function at Baylor (we were there for law school graduation), should stay at Hotel Indigo. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Booked room for work event in Waco on line but ended up being charged for 2 rooms after the event. I’ve attempted to call and was told by front desk I no showed on the reservation, I’m still trying to work through this with no reconciliation. It’s been over a month. There are newer chain hotels that provide excellent customer service and free breakfast at a more reasonable price. I travel once a month to this event. Won’t stay here again, sorry Indigo.
