Best hotel in town

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights right after landing in Warsaw. As soon as you come into the hotel you feel like your in a spa. I don’t know what they use as air freshener but it’s Devine, you inhale deeply and you’re instantly relaxed and refreshed. The lobby is huge with 4 story high skylight and glass art hanging in that space. It’s like an art gallery. Bar is great, good coffee. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. Everyone speaks English. We booked a 4th floor suite with a huge window seat and skylight in the living room. Separate bedroom. The comfort is unbelievable. So trendy and clean. We ordered room service many times and were never disappointed. So fresh and delicious. I suggest a soup of the day as an appetizer. Mains were cooked perfectly. We had steak, fish and pasta dishes while there. Not a lot of choices if you want Polish food though. We ordered breakfast in room and it was fantastic. Location is just great. A lot of restaurants and cafes on Nowy śwait. Shops and boutiques. 20 minute walk to Old Town but such a great way to explore. I really can’t say enough about it. Don’t book the giant hotels near by or 5 stars. This hotel is a five star to me at reasonable prices. Also book directly on their site. Likely get a better deal and there’s more availability. Stayed for 2 nights. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was elegant. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were polite and attentive. Had a great view of the Palace of Science and Culture from my room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

With 4 days alone in Warsaw, I opted for a Superior Premium room so that I’d have the skyline to keep me company. What a view, what a room: very large with a soaring ceiling about 7 metres high topped by a large glass pyramid (with retractable blind, but kept open in order to go to sleep and wake seeing the sky); an enormous modern bay window took up much of one wall. The room was well-equipped with desk, sofa, laptop-sized safe, strong Wifi, coffee machine plus tea making supplies, bathroom with capacious walk-in shower. Coffee pods, bottled water, toiletries were all replenished generously daily. The location of the hotel proved ideal for exploring the city by foot: Chopin Museum a few minutes away, the Old Town and Royal Palace a pleasant half hour’s walk, Lazienki Park, with its gem of a palace on an island in the lake and superb sculpture gallery in the Orangery, a similar distance away in the other direction. The hotel is in a thoughtfully designed refurbishment of an old building. Modern doors as thick as those of bank vaults and double glazing guaranteed absolute silence when needed. Breakfast was good, housekeeping was immaculate and service throughout was impeccable. The same receptionist who checked me in, Daniella, also checked me out with the hope that the hotel has the opportunity to welcome me again. I hope so too. Very much. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff members we dealt with were polite and friendly, the room we had was very comfortable and the hotel car park at the back was secure. I'd stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
