Good choice

Mar 9th, 2020

Arrived about 12.45, asked staff if we could leave our case but they let us check in early as room was ready, which was great. Really pleased with room and location of hotel. Very easy to find we got express train from airport then underground 2 stops to hotel. There is a great food market near hotel, ate there couple of times. One minor point a control in room manged the hot water but this wasn't clear at first. Would definitely stay here again, good hotel and attentive staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A great experience and friendly staff

Booked this hotel through British Airways sale at the end of last year and sometimes you are in the hands of the tour operator but this hotel was perfect. A great location right across the road from the Secession Building and the local underground was 5 minutes away. Very close to the city centre itself and all the local attractions. The hotel itself was reallly good and from the moment of arriving the staff could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and a pleasure. The room, even though it was on the fourth floor but with a lift was quite large and had everything you need including a safe and a comfortable double bed and lots of wardrobe space. The shower room was well equipped and hot water was available all of the time. We only booked bed and breakfast and although more of a continental breakfast there was plenty of choice and the lady working could not have been more pleasant. The hotel helped us with directions and transport bookings and they wanted to make sure we saw enough of Vienna for our short break. Have already decided that when we go back next year, this is the hotel we will be looking for. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay such a pleasure. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good location, comfortable (if slightly small rooms), OK breakfast

Mar 3rd, 2020

Conveniently located close to the Karlsplatz metro station, so an excellent base for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants and museums within easy walking distance. The room was very comfortable if a little small - not a lot of room for anything other than two beds and a desk. The lift system is somewhat curious, with two separate lifts each going to different, and separate parts of the same nominal floor. The breakfast room is light and airy, and the breakfast buffet selection is good, if not outstanding. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very good Location View form some rooms. Only 6 parking lots in the expensive (Euro 21,-) hotel garage. Reserve in advan

Don't be afraid to ask for a room facing the busy street in front of the hotel. It will provide a nice view of the famous Building "Sezession" with its golden cupola. The sound proofing can bear that and if you are very anxious bring ear plugs for safety's sake. The rooms are spacious with an entrance area. In this central location this is very rare. Everything of sith seeing interest is near by. Sacher. Musikverein, and Opera are a 10 min walk. If you travel for business the subway station at Karlsplatz (5 min walk) connects you to the outskirts of Vienna. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
