wonderful hotel, exceptional owner, very friendly and helpful staff! great and incredible peaceful place! amazing furniture, very nice breakfast. the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city. After that extraordinary experience I would not stay anywhere else in Brussels. wonderful 3rd floor room with perfect street view - I really loved it! The owner is an unbelievable interesting person! He and his friends play the piano and other instruments in the entrance area in the evenings. great scenery! thanks! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Moroccan Gem

Mar 19th, 2020

We had the pleasure of staying in this Moroccan gem in Feb 2020. Felt like we were walking back in time to a palace, the rooms were unique and the owner and staff were lovely. Lovely breakfast and right in the centre of everything. We would stay here again without hesitation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

horrible ..

Feb 28th, 2020

I arrived after midnight ..the town was fully booked..I had no choice but to sleep at this hotel..big big mistake .. hmm..what can I say..just a horrific night!!! upon check in..the owner and night manager kept fighting for 10mn about something else while I was waiting..finally they checked me in..the room was shady..really in bad shape..stained linen..cracked walls..broken furniture..fused lamps..telephone not working..I said to myself..ok you have no choice..watch tv for few hours till dawn and leave this place..guess what..TV not working..!!! So I put all towels on the so called duvet..slept in my clothes and used my coat as a blanket.. at 6am went down and asked the night manager about the closest starbucks and his answer was "I don't know..I live in Antwerp" ... I strongly don't recommend this place..too dirty ..too noisy..too cheesy..and on top of that I paid 100€ for the horrible few hours.. PS:Im puting 1 star simply because I can't choose alower score.. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brussels. Quaint, beautiful hotel I look forward to going back to every time!

I visit Brussels yearly for work and thanks to one of my co-workers having discovered the jewel that is the Mozart some years ago, only ever stay here. It is the most fabulous experience to stay here - it's like stepping back in time to walk through the ornate, winding halls and stairways, and the beautifully decorated lobby. It's an old building so the proportions of the rooms and corridors are reflective of that. It's right beside Grand Place so walkable to all of central Brussels very easily, If you prefer standard corporate hotels this won't be for you; if you prefer staying somewhere unique, with soul and originality, for a stay you won't repeat elsewhere or forget in a hurry, the Mozart is the very place. Staff are warm and friendly with many languages! Also I strongly recommend a trip to the Lebanese restaurant beside it :) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great little Central Brussels hotel

Feb 7th, 2020

We stayed at Hotel Mozart for 3 nights in February. The hotel was in a perfect location for the train station and within walking distance of all the major tourist locations in central Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, suggesting places to visit and somewhere to eat. The room was functional, nice clean shower and bathroom. Cleaned daily to a high standard. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee and a kettle in the room, but this was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Brussels. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
